Repair to an old sewer line and installation of a back flow valve. Work was done quickly and effiently. Mess was kept to a minimum. Very pleasant to do business with.

I own a small business that is open 7 days a week. My toilet broke Saturday night, so I called Sewer Squad Plumbing Sunday morning for an emergency repair. Phil arrived with the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable and repaired the toilet fast so we could carry on business as usual. Since he was so efficient, I then asked if he could repair a toilet just down the street at my husband’s business that we’ve been putting, then as well as one at my home! Phil was happy to drive around to each repair and he continued to be very efficient and professional. Being a new home owner, he offered to check out my sewer drain with his trusty camera to ensure of no basement back up, free of charge! As well, advised that we flush out our on-demand water heater once a year. Something that the installer didn’t tell us. I highly recommend Phil and Sewer Squad Plumping Co.

We had a house full of people and it was a Sunday evening when our sewer decided to back up!! We called sewer squad among many others and Sewer Squad was the company that saw the urgency and came right away! Amazing service! I would not think of calling anyone else after the friendly service we received. Price was lower than the estimated cost given by others and not by a couple of dollars!

I was about to do some laundry when I notice my basement floors were wet and had quite an unpleasant smell. Phil from Sewer Squad arrived quickly, he check out the situation and informed me I had a blocked Sewer. Gross. Problem was solved by the end of the day. They were hard working and it didn't break the bank. They also recommended resotoration 1 for cleaning up the sewage. I found Sewer Squad friendly and professional over an embarrassing situation. I called Sewer Squad when I found my basement backing up with gross sewage. They came out right away and quickly located the issue in my main sewer line outside. Phil was professional, helpful and gave me several options for repair outlining the pros and cons for each. I feel totally educated in drain repair now! They were able to fix the problem the next day without issue. The guys who dug the trench were amazing! You can't even tell they were there. I am totally impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat (although I hope I never need to)
