Very pleased and thankful for the service received by Gareth. Was polite, explained the work that needed to be done and provided a quote in line with the work expectations. Once given approval to proceed he completed the work as expected and provided an overview of what was completed to my complete satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this company.

Sewer Squad and Garreth were great! They booked an appointment within 48 hours (not an emergency), found that the issue was very minor and therefore didn't even charge us! Great communication throughout the process too. Highly recommend!

Sewer Squad was extremely prompt in responding to our posting, was professional in providing us with a quote, and a quick turnaround to return when we indicated we wanted to hire them. Denys was professional, helpful and thorough in his service. Denys identified issues using the scope that will help support us navigate future plumbing issues with our unit and made reasonable recommendations for our consideration. Team are very professional and friendly. Received an email the day off with the plumbers name and picture. He took a look at the broken faucet and provided a few quotes depending on the level of service I wanted for the repairs. He and his team were very efficient and did a great job making the repairs and then testing to ensure there were no leaks. They also then did a check of the house at not extra cost and make recommendations on the existing plumbing and highlighted items I might want to look at in the near future as well as providing a cost and timeframe to complete should I ever want to hire them. Loved how detailed they were and the excellence in communication. Would definitely hire them for any future work and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing assistance.
