    Basement waterproofing and new floor

    Yuriy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon our first meeting, he listened to our needs and later gave us a detailed quote with set timelines. The job was to gut the basement, waterproof the basement walls and redo the concrete floor of a hundred year old house that had no gravel under it. He stayed within budget and had creative solutions when problems arose. His crew was professional. Overall , very happy with the end result and have already referred Quality Age Built to others.     Front porch

    Great all around. Yuriy and his crew did an excellent job. We made a couple of alterations which were handled without any problems. Everything was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend checking them out for any of your needs.

    Waterproofing

    Pros: -quick, efficient and reasonably tidy services -retaining wall was removed without breaking anything and was reinstalled nicely- it looks the same as before it was removed -fair contract price and actual price as the solution came in below contract price (the contract was for 21 linear feet of waterproofing but the end result was 8 feet of waterproofing) -30 year warranty is transferable Cons: - sales person should have offered two options with the estimate - the spot treatment and the entire rear wall and this should have been coordinated with owner/crew so they were no surprises on day 1

    Basement waterproofing

    We required some waterproofing work on our basement. The work was well done - both quickly and effectively - and the pricing was very fair. I would happily recommend Quality Age Build to friends.

    Removing concrete & waterproofing the side of the house

    We had a water leakage in the basement from the previous owner.. we got at least 5 different contractors to look at it and offer solutions and give us a quote. Worthy to note that many wanted us to fix the waterproofing problem from inside when that would cause the issue to come back in a few years. The salesman (Cameron) was very responsive, answered many questions via phone before we signed the contract and he was very detailed with his quote and even when the project went a little overboard, they didn’t change their pricing. The owner (Uri) also personally comes, works with his hand and checks that the work is well done. They stuck to their timelines (both start and finish dates) and the men work hard and efficiently and leave everything in great shape. If there was an 11 star rating then this company would receive it - they were really amazing!

    3401 Nadine crt

    I called Quality Age Build to fix another companie's mistake. Yuriy explained step by step what was going on with the leak and did everything they could to fix the issue. Yuriy and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. I am strongly recommend this company to other homeowners.

    Waterproofing

    We had a positive experience with Quality Age Build. The crew was hard-working and friendly. They took the time to explain the scope of work and the pricing. When the job was complete, the crew left the job site clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

    Home Waterproofing

    We had really good experience with this hard-working crew and responsible company. Yuriy provided us with a great quote and quick turnaround on the emergency service. It's now been over a year and our basement is amazingly dry after decades of moisture. They really came through, followed up to make sure the job stood the test of time and added more gravel after ground has settled.

    External Waterproofing and Basement Remediation

    An incredible experience from the beginning. Quality Age Build deserve the praise they are getting. From our initial meeting with Cameron to the end of job with Yuriy we knew we were in great hands. Fast, efficient and above all else quality service.     Basement waterproofing

    Yurie and the team were top notch professionally. They almost always called the day before arriving and were always on time. While they were working on the house they were hardworking and courteous. They were mindful of keeping our home and property neat and clean for the duration of a very messy job carried out in inclement weather. It was obvious they genuinely care about the customer's needs. Yurie and the team were knowledgable and even fixed an existing problem expeditiously. We have no hesitation in recommending this business and hope to hire them again for future projects.
