    Fixed Leak in Fountation

    Great company and skilled workforce. Assess the problem and proceed to correct it as scheduled at unbeatable price! Best firm in GTA to fix leak in foundation. Highly recommended company!!!

    Water drain and Concrete Garage

    We have a mutual driveway and had much trouble for old drain. It’s really same the small lake after rain. Cameron, Yuriy and their team helped us had a good plan for fixed all and re build the new concrete floor for 2 double garage. All scope almost done in a week. Thank you. Steady

    Weeping tiles

    Very professional and knowledgeable salesman. Crew was on time, very polite and courteous. Work was done very fast and efficiently. I would recommend them.

    Foundation Repair and Waterproofing$87

    I had contacted several contractors before Quality Age Build was recommended to me by my kitchen contractor... Right away, Cameron set an appointment the next day for quotations and promptly answers all my questions. Once I’ve agreed on the price, the work started the following week. Thank goodnesss I don’t have to wait till September ... They have such hardworking crew and we got along very well. I’m quite happy with their work.

    Waterproofing

    After years of moisture in the basement, Yuriy and his team did an excellent job of addressing the problem. They externally waterproofed the east side of the house (as well as part of the north and south wall) and (even after the recent heavy rain storms in Toronto) we have a completely dry basement. Yuriy was helpful in explaining the waterproofing process and discussing various ways that water can enter a house. He honoured the original quote (even when costs increased due to the complexity of the work) and included some work at the conclusion of the project that was outside the original scope. I highly recommend Yuriy and Quality Age Build and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

    Yuriy provided very honest estimate

    We called Quality Age Build to give us an estimate for waterproofing our home. Yuriy was very punctual and provided a very honest assessment. He took the time to do a thourough investigation and he determined that water was coming in from our old windows. He truly had our best interest at heart. I highly recommend you call Yuriy first. He will save you time and money!

    Bench footing and interior waterproofing

    Thank you Yuiry and team for all of your hard work and for turning our nightmare of a basement into a brand new, dry space for our family to enjoy for years to come! This type of work is not for the faint of heart. It’s messy and noisy and at times can feel like it’s never going to end. All well worth it, especially when you have a team as knowledgeable and professional as these guys. Along with interior Waterproofing, Yuiry and his team were able to give us 8 inches in height, making my 6, 2’’ hubby very happy:)

    Water proofing

    The water proofed all around our house. They were friendly and fairly fast and knew their job. I am happy with their work.

    Basement underpinning

    Yuriy and the team at Quality Age are everything you could hope for if you're looking to have your basement underpinned. The engineer and building inspectors both spoke highly of the work, the price was right and the final product is exactly what we wanted. Yuriy lowered our basement from 6'1 to 7'3 to match a 30 year old addition that already had a separate walk in entrance. They waterproofed our interior and used pour over method on the foundation, plumbed our basement (including a new drain at the walk out entrance) and added a sewage ejector then installed a new 4" slab. Yuriy met and exceeded our expectations with everything, we couldn't be happier.

    Basement foundation waterproofing and repair

    After 10 years of trying to solve the leaking water issue, Yuri and his team fixed the problem. They were fast on budget and on time. It’s great to find a highly skilled contractors that resolve your issues.
