Great job! Replaced 4 windows. Good install and excellent window quality.

I had quotes from multiple companies and contractors however panes window manufacturing gave me the lowest while also giving me more energy efficient windows for around the same price range while also including painting the trim. Website was very helpful and transparent as it showed all the actual stats and properties of the window options instead of confusing brand names with little actual specs like some of the major competitors i tried getting quotes from.

Panes did a great job for us, replacing all of our windows. The windows are easy to open and close and they look great inside and out. They also replaced our front door with a beautiful bright red one. It’s a real eye catcher. We’re very happy with the whole job.

Our new Panes windows and new front door are beautiful! The house is so much quieter and there are no drafts whatsoever. They work really smoothly and the cranks are easy to turn. I love them! The installation crew was very good at what they do. The whole process worked well from start to finish.

Pros: - Quality and aesthetics of the windows are good - Sales process was efficient and responsive Cons: - Terrible installation and messy process - The sliding door requires a lot of force to close properly (my 7yr cannot close it) - Panes says it works perfectly; during the installation process the two installers slammed the door for about 15mins straight as they knew it didn't fit properly - Exterior caulking was terrible (see photos), they did come to fix some of it but left one window unfixed - Lots of drywall damage (see photos - they just added mud and left it for us to repair/finish, they only owned up to it when I asked them what happened) - The installers intimidated my wife when she attempted to point out the installation flaws but they kept telling her it was 'fine' - We didn't notice this at first, but we found air leaks in the caulking once we started having cold nights - The installers left caulking and a razor blade on our deck (our 7yr old found it) - Never got a call back from the office on this matter, they would just schedule another installer to visit and say everything is perfect What we struggled the most with, was the fact that they didn't care to respond or attempt to fix it. Once we placed our order, the customer service was non-existent.

We ordered 10 windows for our house reno project. David and Eric were very helpful throughout the process, answering all the questions we had in a timely manner. Our large format mudroom window especially keeps getting complements from the neighborhood. Looking forward to working with them again for our garden suite project.

I got my new windows last week and I am so happy. I am glad that I went for 6 of them at once. I am loving my awning windows in my bedroom, (and living room), and they are creating quite the buzz on the street ! All the windows look and feel like a major upgrade. I have given your name to a lot of people and I expect that you will be getting business in the neighborhood. I would also like to comment on your fabulous installers, and Anna, who was so pleasant and helpful. You have a great team and great product. Thank you Alex ! You were the start of something good.
