Worst installers ever. Just smashed my old windows allowing the glass to scatter all over my bedroom, the furnace vent, and my backyard. When I complained, they were angrier than me. They lacked a basic understanding of my safety concerns about splinter scattering in my bedroom, over my furnace vent, and in my backyard. They refused to admit that they broke the glass to get the job done faster instead of taking the time to do it properly. It was all about finishing fast and on to the next job. They didn't care about my concerns. I contacted the company recently and we reach an amicable financial resolution.

We wanted to replace our patio doors and after having a really bad experience with our previous window and door company we decided to look for a change. After coming across Panes and the amount of good reviews they had, we decided to give it a shot. Our entire experience has been amazing, starting from the initial contact with Daryl through the website's chat option, where he responds almost immediately. He was very knowledgable and was able to explain everything very clearly, including the features we do not really need and would not be worth the extra money as well. We did not need to have anyone come in and measure the doors before the order was placed because he knew with the dimensions I gave him, what the actual dimensions would be through his years of experience. Although the doors took some time to arrive, it was understandable due to the shortages everywhere. However, they were quick to call and setup an installation appointment when the windows were ready. The guys came in and completed everything quickly, thoroughly and to our satisfaction. They left the place after showing us how everything works and making sure we were satisfied with the work and how clean they left the place. Afterwards, I noticed a tiny rip in the screen, and although it was not an urgent matter, David followed up with me on the chat and made sure an appointment was booked the same day for a service call to fix that screen. I was thoroughly impressed with how much care and effort they put even after the windows were installed. I will definitely be using Panes for my future window replacements.

I just received my windows, I have not installed them yet, they still have the packaging on edges. Their website is excellent, easy to use, all the options you could ask for and price on the windows once you've selected the options. Once I came across their website, read their reviews I never seen anything bad, and if there was it was quickly resolved. Allowing me to choose all options and price and I could clearly see what I was ordering, I didn't bother to look elsewhere. I can't say anything but good from them. Anytime I've asked a question over email or on website they answered quickly. I'm from Nova Scotia and they were delivered to my door, well packaged and protected on all edges. I must say they have a well put together operation from ordering online to shipped to you door out of province. Well Done ! If they would have sold Entry Doors I would of purchase one also !
