    Window Installation

    Hailey and Jeff team installed 6 windows last week in Ajax. Their craftmanshipt and their work ethic were impeccable. They did an amazing job! They cleaned up the areas and didn't leave a trace behind. Thank you so much we love the windows! Thank you to Phil for organizing, the selection & installation. you were so helpful and made the process seamless. The price was excellent. I would definitely recommend your company. Mary & Al

    Residential Mudroom Addition

    What can I say, quality product, awesome website, great support, prompt communication, secure on-time delivery. I'm trying to be critical folks but these people check all the boxes. Do not hesitate to order from Panes!

    New windows for a older house

    I am just an average homeowner customer, who like to do there home projects my self to save money like every one else. First windows order i ever did in my life time on my own! I screw up the measurements only to realize when I picked up the windows it was wrong although it’s customers responsibility to confirm details for supply .Daryl immediately said not to worry and panes would remake it at no cost. Excellent customer service compared to past experiences in other trades fields I have dealt with no stress or arguing about the cost. I Highly recommend if anyone’s looking for Windos ?contacting Daryl Pelrine at Panes Window Manufacturing

    Window delivery & Service Call

    Multi-window and patio door order came through flawlessly, unreal customer service and very quick to answer calls and the live chat is a real person! We had a lock issue one evening (late) and Panes dispatched and addressed the problem within 2 hours! Team is incredible to work with.

    Helpful and informative

    I'm not a contractor and never had experience ordering windows before. I called a few suppliers and basically got attitude due to my lack of knowledge. I felt I was bothering them with questions. Then I called Panes, completely the opposite experience. The general manager spent the time to guide me and explain in layman's terms the options and advised on cost and efficiency. I was blown away. The project came under budget and was customized to my needs. I recommend these guys 100%.

    3 cracked glass window panes

    Daryl at Panes came right away to measure my cracked glass windiws I had 3 . Price was amazing can’t best it . Glass was ordered & I paid online . The process went smooth . Glass came in on time and I had the installer take off the old & install the new glass . Glass and installation was perfect . The whole experience was perfect . Thanks to Daryl & Jeff @ Panes Gail

    16 windows

    Great job. Ordered 16 windows given delivery date of 3 weeks. Delivered on exact date. Daryl was very helpful on order and delivery guys were very helpful. GREAT COMPANY. WILL BE ORERING FOR OTHER PROPERTIES

    Excellent windows and great service

    Excellent windows with fast service. I really liked the fact that I can follow my windows during production from assembly to packaging. The windows look great and arrived very well packaged. I have never bought windows online before but Panes made the experience nice and easy. I would recommend Panes for any DIY projects. Thanks Rick

    Amazing all aroiund

    Thank you Panes, this has been an amazing experience!! Window and installation quality are both 10+. Installation crew were tidy, on time and professional - again 10+ The purchasing experience was like no other - 10++ I loved being able to browse, configure and price online. The process felt transparent - something no other window company has made me feel. If you are looking for windows you owe it yourself to check out Panes. Thank you!

    Kitchen Upgrade: New 10x8 Patio door, New Window

    Very easy to use website for getting pricing on windows. Smooth ordering process. WE had a hiccup related to the glass we ordered which delayed the delivery of the patio door; but the company went out of it way to help with the install and ensure we are happy. A shout out to all the fine people at Panes - Daryl, Phil and David.
