Out of 4 windows, one fixed window broke spontaneously after being installed. Its an expensive triple pane window, the middle pane broke with no reason or explanation. Now one of the windows that open is leaking a lot with the first rain since instalation. They were expensive triple pane windows. Very disappointing, unacceptable poor quality, no customer service. Not worth

We had Panes install 18 windows and 2 sliding doors, the whole process was great, from the initial estimate by Bill, to the communication by their office, special thanks to Julie, and the amazing installation crew of Nick and his helper. The installers were very clean and the windows look great! We decided to upgrade and go with black exterior, and we love it, our house now looks modern and we already got many complements from our neighbours. I would highly recommend Panes as our experience was a great one!

Great company to deal with, easy to order, delivered on time, excellent value for money

Second time buying windows from Panes. They have a great website to order their high quality "Energy Star" rated windows. If you are not tech savvy they also have knowledgeable people available to help by chat or phone. We were thrilled to change our tired 40 year old sliding windows with these beautiful triple pane casements with an amazing "Energy Rating" over 40. This rating qualifies for the maximum Enbridge rebate offer and is not offered by most other manufacturers out there. Thanks Phil and the rest of the Panes team!

I think it would not be wrong to say that I stumbled onto this great company. Story started with Manny (sales person) who was amazing and so polite while answering all my questions, without him I might have went somewhere else. He saved me so much money through Panes Windows. Than the office, especially Anna, she made all the scheduling happen to suit my needs. Installation crew Nik, Alex and two helpers were true professionals, respectful -answered all my questions. And Nik explained everything about the installed windows. And also to Phil, who especially came to verify the measurements I call him the man with cool Jordans.

My parents had done a renovation of 3 windows and the service performed by Panes was below expectations. The original quote was non-negotiable and seems like they were more concerned with the sale than the customer. Upon taking the initial deposit, they provided an initial date but calling to follow up with the receptionist, they gave a date 2 months after. Then after a detailed email, the receptionist apologized they made a mistake. Next, they overlooked booking an appointment to take measurements so my dad had called to remind them. Finally, the last straw was when the window was installed, the adhesive on the window was so strong that it didnt peel as you would expect. So they suggested using isopropyl alcohol to remove it. That didnt work. They refused to come back to fix. My dad was able to remove it on his own using a toothbrush. I would recommend the installer discuss with the customer in the future. The quality of the windows seems to be good but after taking an initial deposit, they didnt follow through with the service.

It is a long over due project that I wanted to complete, Panes provided the great products and the best installation which was done by the master installer - Roman.

Easy ordering online and easily customizable. Reasonable pricing and manufacturing timelines. I needed two windows for a renovation and Panes was the best option. Really happy with their supply only service.

I've ordered several replacement IGUs from Panes and they always produce a quality product. In one case I cracked a unit during installation and they prioritized production of a replacement. Very helpful customer service.

I bought 3 windows from Panes. My experience was amazing. The website is so easy to navigate and to build exactly what you need. I ordered supply only. I went to their location to pick it up. It was so easy. The windows look great and solid. Feels like a good build. The best part about panes is their custom service and selection/ordering process. They were helping me any time I had a question. My windows were ready in 4 days after i submitted my order online. Other companies i quoted were saying 6 to 8 weeks before my windows would be ready. Once again amazing customer service and amazing quality product with low price tag. Strongly recommend.
