I did lots of research, and got quotes, than I decided I would do the job my self, I chose panes window manufacturering because they are Canadian, and the good reviews.. after looking at the website I got asking questions through their chat option, and they helped me choose the right window for my project.. I paid extra to have the window shipped to my door.. I was very impressed on how quickly it was to build the window and for it to be shipped.. I installed it this weekend, and window mechanism works smoothly , I would highly recommend the company

Best customer service I have had in a very very long time. Not only did we receive our order in a week but any questions I had were answered in real time by a live person who really cared about their customer service. The windows are top of the line vinyl. The shipping part worried me at first but after pricing out 6 other local places the total at Panes was still beating all others. If you ever need windows this is your place.

After dealing with years of watery windows due to a cracked seal, and some windows that won't open without falling apart, we decided to finally replace them. I found Panes online and noticed they had a showroom near by in Toronto. They agreed to provide an estimate, arrived at the exact time they specified and made us a quote that was quite reasonable after a few estimates. They were good at explaining the options, didn't pressure us to spend more and the installation was fast and looks great. We now have a new bay window that opens and we can see through and back windows that open easily.

I am happy with my window. The process from ordering online to picking up the window was easy and quick. The quality is okay, the price is affordable.

AMAZING! Fast, professional, done right and with them manufacturing the windows; our turn around time was 75% faster than anyone else at a really decent price. Some companies were double the cost for a two month install time. Go with Panes, they are amazing.

Wonderful company to work with. From quote to production to install everything was done efficiently and great communication with everyone. Weve had so many compliments on how our house looks! Only hiccup was that some of the windows were missing the energy rating sticker but they quickly mailed these out. Great company definitely recommend.

Previous sealed unit failed after about 12 years. Rather than replace the entire window. I under took this as a diy project. Ordered the replacement completely on line. Process was seamless as was payment. As I was able to pick it up from the Etobicoke location (no shipping) it was quite economical for a 24 x 34 inch unit, with grill at less than $160. With a chisels got the old vinyl trim released. With the crank wide ope I was able to release the installed unit with a razor knife . Installed the perfectly cut and fabricated replacement unit with glazing tape. Re installed the trim with dead-blow hammer. No problem withthe replacement sealed unit Could not be more pleased withthe replacement unit.

We had a fantastic experience with this company. The service was friendly and FAST! The prices are reasonable, and the quality is great. When I went to pickup the 3 windows for this job, there were several staff members helping me load them into my truck, and ensure they were secure and safe for the drive.
