Just great service! Fast response when we initially asked for a quote, Justin came out the next day! Crystal is very friendly and responds to emails very quickly. Justin installed our AC quickly and was smiling and friendly to my son and I the whole time he was here, he explained everything to me in detail when he was fished and showed me everything he had done. Just over all a great experience with everyone my family and I dealt with in this company! Thank you for every thing! We are so thankful and cool! Would highly recommend, I had a few other quotes and Lendrix was significantly cheaper with better customer service hands down! Thanks again! Don’t hesitate CALL CALL CALL! Get the AC it’s worth it! Working with this small local company was like working with family and I really appreciate that!

Lendrix came highly recommended and they sure did not disappoint. Due to Covid, all communication was done via email. I got several quotes for an A/C installation and Lendrix was not only the most competitive for rates and warranty, but also a local business. Krystle was a pleasure to deal with and prompt to answer any questions. Justin was very efficient with the installation with minimal disruption while I was working from home. He setup my thermostat and gave me pointers and a checklist via email as well for future reference. Without a doubt will be using them for any heating and cooling needs in the future.

Due to COVID, we did everything over email. Questionnaire and photos sent over email early March. Krystle was prompt in responding with various options and pricing. I had lots of questions and all were answered promptly and in detail – putting me at ease. Confirmed booking in late April for an early June install - which I had to request to be moved twice! and at short notice. Always taken in stride and accommodated by Krystle. THANKS! June 25th: Justin arrived before time and completed the install in about 3 hours on his own. Clean, quiet, respectful of the home. No mess left behind. Also installed a smart thermostat I had purchased a year ago. He spent time explaining the operation, do's and don'ts, and how the whole thing worked. Install was in time for the heat wave we just had. Have recommended Lendrix to at least 8 other folks already. A different general contractor even commented on the extremely clean install (exterior and interior) a couple of days later. Said he had not seen such a clean install in a long time and asked for the company name. Incredible service, straight, clear and quick responses a well as great pricing. I will be using only Lendrix going forward for all HVAC work.

Justin and Krystle have been nothing but helpful and honest as we replaced all our old equipment in our home. Justin was referred to me by a friend to provide a quote on a replacement furnace and AC unit in our older home. We decided to initially replace our hot water tank with an on demand system which was installed in June 2020. Justin later provided a duct cleaning service and in June of 2021, replaced my troublesome Bryant furnace with a new Lennox unit and also installed AC. Justin and Krystle have always responded to emails and txt messages promptly, clearly defined the prices for the work being done and were always fair and up front. Incredible service, quick responses and fair billing practices have made me a loyal Lendrix customer for years to come.

Justin and Krystle were easy to deal with. They came in, did an estimate and were very honest about what type of central AC was needed. Both of them were great in terms of communication and I did not feel like I was left hanging after the installation. I called a few other companies for estimates but decided to go with this one to support a local business. Prices are very affordable.

Received excellent installation and customer service. All my questions were answered quickly even on weekends. Other companies were very slow to return phone calls and emails. I would recommend this company for AC installation.

Our experience with Just was second to none, from start to finish with our A/C install, and his continued service for maintenance and inspections. Informative, and knowledgeable, determining our needs and getting our questions answered was a breeze. Prompt for all of our appointments, on top of working efficiently. He was clean, and quiet, and very respectful of our home. During the install, there was a complication with our older home that required a certain part, he went right to the store and returned quickly to finish the job, most would have rescheduled. Very trustworthy, and will have our continued business for our HVAC needs going forward!

Because of Covid we did everything via email. We requested a quote and sent them some photos of the site and electrical panel. Their price was pretty good. We wanted a quiet unit because it would be beneath a bedroom window. They came back to us with a selection of units. They were very good at communicating and answered all our questions. Krystle was very efficient getting the paperwork done and setting a date for the installation. Justin was very efficient installing the AC unit in about 3 hours. They get the electrical permit and send you all the information you need for the city inspection. We’ve been really impressed with the AC. And will certainly need it this summer.
