Krystel and Justin are the best so far that I have seen. They are more responsive and able to squeeze my installation ahead of actual date. I would definitely recommend thier service.

Excellent customer service with prompt response unlike other big companies. Both Justin and Krystle are patient with us and answered all our questions. Even there is a back order issue, they have handle it professionally.

By far one of the better quotes we received, were happy they install the Lennox brand AC units . Krystle is amazing at answering all of your questions and Justin who did the install was professional and efficient, making sure when the job was complete that we understood how to run the unit and letting us know what to do if we encountered any issues. Leaving us with a cover for the winter, care instructions, extended warranty and the permit for electrical inspection by the city. All and al l can't say enough good things about the Lendrix team and the service they provide and I will tell anyone who listens- if you are having trouble sleeping in this heat give Lendrix a call.

Lendrix HVAC should be your first and only call. Justin and Krystal are fantastic. Last fall we had them repair then replace our furnace after shopping around with other companies. We were so impressed with the level of service of that repair and replacement, we had them install an air conditioner this summer. Excellent customer service, I could not recommend them enough.

I engaged Lendrix for a central AC unit installation for my townhome. They provided a quote based on photographs and measurements that I supplied in a prompt manner, and also provided information required by the condo board for their review/approval. The installation was professionally completed on the scheduled day, and follow-up communication has been excellent. I have no problem recommending Lendrix to friends and family, similar to how Lendrix was recommended to me by my neighbour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Lendrix HVac services.
