    Blower fan in furnace making noise

    My blower fan in my furnace was making a thumping sound and completely stopping. I set up an appointment with the technician for the following day. He came immediately at 9 AM and the fan and motor was removed and fixed within an hour. Im very pleased with how professional they were!

    HEATING

    City Home Comfort worked hard to provide a satisfactory furnace quote, and deliver the product during a busy time of year. (When we had a cold wave) Technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, and effective. They returned recently to solve a problem, and fulfilled a labor contract.

    A/C borken

    Our A/C was not working during a heat wave. City home came within 3 hrs. Professional, honest and cost efficient solutions.

    A/C Service

    Always reliable and pleasant. They have been serving our business' A/C for many years. The technicians are always helpful and do not try to upsell you but rather fix the problem if there is one. The charge this time was servicing the A/C and replacing a part. Very reasonable.

    City Home Comfort service was great. Installed my furnace and water heater. Highly recommend

    $200 service fee for annual maintenance of furnace and water heater. Showed up for appointment as scheduled.

    Heat Pump / Furnace Installation

    I obtained 5 quotes to replace my a/c and furnace. I decided on City Home Comfort in part because they offered a heat pump solution and in part because of the efforts of Shawn to help with my questions concerning installation and the quote he provided. I was most pleased with the work of the installation crew: Ken and Chris. I have an older home and Ken and Chris addressed the challenges that such a home presented. They worked long hours and took the time to answer my questions and explain their work to me. Thank you, Ken and Chris. Because of this experience, I would recommend City Home Comfort.

    Annual air conditioning servicing

    Efficient and very professional in doing the annual servicing of the Trane unit installed a couple of years ago. They also followed up with the reminder about the need for the service in order to protect the extended warranty.

    1-Year Maintenance on AC and Furnace

    Zohaib was cheerful and completed the maintenance efficiently in a short time. There were no issues detected. The furnace and AC were installed by City Home Comfort a year ago.

    AC install

    This is the second time I have used City Home Comfort for equipment install, they did our furnace a couple years ago and air conditioner this year. Both times they have been great to work with. From product selection, quoting, scheduling, install and clean up, the whole team was professional and made for a great experience. I would recommend this company if you have any heating/cooling needs!
