    Air conditioner

    Very pleasant. Technicians were very nice, no problems, they had to improvise a couple of times as the house is old. Very satisfied.

    HVAC installation

    New HVAC installed for my mother. She is a long time customer of City Home (over 30 yrs), so when it came time to replace her existing furnace as well as adding a new A/C unit she went with City Home. The call for a quote and meeting was answered promptly. Chris arrived on the appointed day and showed us new HVAC systems and pricing; the system that my mother settled on was by Trane. Chris took measurements and discussed options for new line installations with minimal damage to walls. The installation took place over a 2 day period, they arrived on time, were very polite and took the time to set up tarps on carpet to keep it from getting dirty. The lead installer also named Chris took the time to explain to mother what they were doing and would ask her for input if they need to make slight modifications during the install. My mother is extremely happy with the work, the crew, and the way everything looks. She would like to thank everyone at City Home for everything.

    service, cleaning and overhaul of ductless air conditioner

    had some problems toward the end of last summer; they now seem to be totally fixed

    Furnace and air conditioning inspections

    Friendly service. Arrived in middle of the window that was offered. Have used service for years. Great for maintaining and urgent work
