The onsite service person has been great to work with for the past couple of years that I have had a heat pump. Courteous and informational.

Shawn, as ever, was very responsive, knowledgable and helpful with all my questions. He provided a great quotation and the install was scheduled when I wanted it. It went seamlessly and now we are ready for the summer heat!

Repair person was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Took the time to show me how to clean the air filter (which I didnt know how to do), and gave me a full report on the state of my system. Money well spent.

The installation of the air conditioner was completed in one day. The workers were very friendly and helpful during the installation when I asked questions regarding the unit. Very happy with the install. Air conditioner is working very well.

Amazing crew. I had a high efficiency combi boiler installed in my downtown condo. Project was considered challenging by many contractors who gave me an estimate as drywall also had to be removed to replace the old ducts with new PVC pipes. They also had to fish through the new PVC pipes. I've been dreading doing this project for a long time but these guys took it on and made the entire process painless and seamless from start to finish. The quote was quick and competitive and they were able to start work soon after. Work was excellent, crew was very respectful and took extra care to protect furniture. Shawn and Chris were amazing. I just can't say enough good things about them. Do not hesitate. Just go with these guys.

I highly recommend this company for this kind of work, the installer was very professional, explained everything to me and such a nice person. the price was very good for this work. I have a little more work to do and I'm going to use them, I told the installer I need a new thermostat moved and installed and he can do it. So happy to be able to use him again. So again, I highly recommend City Home Comfort.

Great company to deal with. Shawn was my initial contact and helped me with the entire process. Chris was my next point of contact. He helped with the specifics of the job. It was a unique situation that required some special attention. Highly recommended. Attentive and reasonable. Chris moved things from my infants' room to prevent dust and tidyed up really well. We left for the weekend and came back to a completed installation. No headaches no problems.
