Arrived within time slot. Very polite and explained everything about installation and how to work our new furnace. Very pleased with this company.

Our new furnace of 20 years started to make noises in early January. With a sinking heart I knew it was time to investigate options. Having had a great experience with my Lennox Elite furnace, my decision was made. I called a number of Lennox dealers and got quotes. They all came in around the same price so question was about which service provided. After investigating companies I come across City Hoem Comfort, and spoke with Sean. What was meant to be a three minute call turned in to a detailed 20 minute discussion about the inner workings of the Lennox furnae and and number of other brands. It became apparent that my decision to purchase Lennox needed to be reassessed. Specifically the design of the heat exchanger and the warranty. I left the conversation with significantly more information about both the Rheem and Amana products feeling that these were both products that I could consider. My decision to purchase was accelerated when our furnace gave out in the middle of our first big deep freeze. I called Sean on Sat and by Monday our new Amana was installed. The installation went smoothly until it came to thermostat. we have been using a Nest thermostat and it didn't want to work with the new Furnace. With a call to Sean (who used to run a Nest business in Toronto), he came by to support his installers and quickly diagnosed the issue, problem solved. A long story to say that I was very pleased with the information, service, and the product..

After talking to other contractor I've decided to go ahead with City Home Comfort. Shawn was knowledgeable and nice to talk too. He would able to help me with my needs without extra charges. He knows his stuff and follow up with me. The installer Moe and other guy was professional and guided me to whatever should do next to prolong the lifespan of my new furnace. I will definitely recommend them. You can see the difference of what the right installer should do from the picture.

To my dismay, house temperature was dropping on one of the coldest days of the year and all was too quiet. My husband was away & I knew I would have to deal with this. Mid afternoon, I called City Home. They have done work for us before, always with good results. A young man arrived around 7:00 and found the problem quickly, the exhaust motor was seized up. He tried to get it going several times hoping we could have a little heat until he could replace it. Unfortunately, it was not to be and I had to wait until the next day, that a new motor could be secured. After a rather long cold wait, I was thrilled when he was able to get the furnace going again in the late afternoon. Considering how cold it was and the number of calls they were dealing with, they dealt with it relatively quickly. Their furnace technician was a very polite, knowledgeable ,nice, young man. I would certainly call them again if we needed service.

Our rads were cool in part of our older two story house City Home Comfort sent out a serviceman the next day He thoroughly check our furnace and after oiling the old circulation pump got it working- we had full heat in all our rads in 10 min. What a relief with all our cold weather. City has serviced our furnace ( hot water boiler system) for over 10 years. They are always efficient and effective in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. The best service in the city!

Absolutely amazing service. Our water heater decided to die during the -22 degree weather last week. I called to enquire about availability of a new one honestly thinking we would be without hot water for days! That was at 11 am. By 5pm, we had a brand new one installed….on a Friday!! We also used City Home Comfort for our air conditioner replacement a few years ago!! Every single time I have dealt with this company has been amazing. Highly recommended!!!

After having City Home Comfort rescue me from one of those notorious 'no-heat' situations last January, I turned to them for annual service work this January and, wow, was I ever pleased! This is one very professional, courteous, skilled and well-priced outfit - I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been using city home comfort for almost 20 years they have always been excellent arrive quickly to assess and get the job done quickly and without fuss the two Chris's I have dealt with recently the one who did the assessment and the one who did the repair work are both excellent polite efficient a pleasure to deal with highly recommended

I decided to replace my traditional hot water tank with a tankless model. I contacted City Home Comfort, they were professional, knowledgeable and prompt. No issues. I would definitely recommend them.
