Crystal Drain responded quickly within 2 hours to our call re ... what turned out to be ... a clogged and broken drain pipes in several locations without charging us for the first call. Troy diagnosed the likely problem accurately and provided a quote based on his diagnosis and previous in depth experience. With my go ahead ... he scheduled VLAD and IGOR for the next day. Their work was first rate and high quality; and they paid careful attention to maintaining a clean work environment -- e.g., using lots of drop cpths and covering the work areas with plastic sheeting

Our whole experience with Crystal Drain was just excellent: pricing was reasonable, high quality work, informative, neat, organized and efficient crew: Troy, Grzegorz, Ihor, Dmytro and Alex. Our house is 66 years old and all clay pipes under the basement were replaced, including the old clay pipe that connects house to a city sewer line, following all quality information we were given by Troy who used camera to show me the state of old clay pipes. Due to a damaged old weeping tile sum pump was installed as a financially more efficient solution which showed great results. Excellent service and quality repair! Had a broken main trap just inside the foundation. Guys were in the day after receiving the quote and approving it. Repaired the main drain and corrected the existing plumbing job doone by the previous homeowner that caused the issue in the first place. Would highly recommend.

Had a flooded basement from rain and a clogged line. Columbus was the technician that came, actually immediately cause I demanded it from the appt guy Igor. Roman was so great, he was cheerful, kind to the situation, explained everything in detail and gave us a recommendation for jetting. We agreed with his suggestion and purchased the jetting. He worked hard to clean our aged old maple tree roots. I felt so comfortable with his experience and trusted him, so we asked him to do another job as well. Crystal Drain will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

Our Sump Pump stopped working. We called Crystal and they sent a technician out right away. He installed a new pump as the previous one was still under warranty. Billy was very professional and informative. We had used Crystal last year for a major job. They are fantastic!!

Crystal Drain and plumbing came over to my house the other day and I gotta say without out them I don't know what I would do.. my drain was chucking down water slower than a turtle they came over and told me I got an old clay pipe, which explains it knowing my house was build over 80 years ago.. so they replaced it and I am forever grateful!

Amazing quality and service! Would highly recommend their service. The service we needed was not an emergency but they sent Roman out to our house within 24 hours. Roman was very professional and talked me through everything he was doing. He answered all of my questions and showed me how he fixed everything when I asked because I was curious. He also gave me great tips on how to prevent this problem from happening again.
