Our kitchen sink had been giving us problems for aprox a week, and my husband attempted to fix it. He was able to get it working again for a short time, but the problem persisted and came back even worse because the problem was deep into the plumbing. We called crystal drain and plumbing Toronto at aprox 10:30 at night. The person who answered the phone said the plumber would call back within the next 5 minutes and he did. Danny called us back and said he would be able to fix our sink the next evening. The next evening Danny was able to snake the clog and the leak. Thank you very much to this company and Danny as this is a very challenging time and your work is so very much appreciated. Thank you so much!

We had a problem with our basement shower faucet which needed to be repaired quickly. Danny was able to come to our home that day to fix the issue. Danny was courteous, professional and efficient. We are grateful to have the problem taken care of so quickly.

Danny came to the rescue on a weekday after 5. During the pandemic we thought it would be hard to find someone, but he was very nice and polite on the phone and offered to come by as soon as he was able. Danny came to help us with our toilets. He was pleasant and professional throughout. He serviced two of our toilets - 1 was not flushing correctly and 1 was leaking at the bottom. He solved the issues by changing the two way gaskets for each and installing a fill valve and flapper on one. The whole process took less than 1 hour. We are quite satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

I knew that we were in good hands when Danny said he was a dog lover. He was available the next day and was knowledgeable and professional he worked really hard on the huge job that he had in our house, replaced 3 toilets fixed a leaking shower, fixed our kitchen faucet and replaced another faucet in the bathroom all in 1 day! My dogs loved him and tried to follow him around because he was so great with them I definitely wont hesitate to reccomend to everyone that I know =)
