Raymond was very professional and pleasant. He arrived within 1-1/2 hours from our call and did a great job to fix our problem. When we called, we were in a panic because water was leaking - Raymond immediately advised us to turn off the main water supply which we had not thought of. I will definitely keep his number and call him again.

TL;DR... We just want to say that these guys are customers first! Will definitely get these guys to help again. We had a clogged sewage pipe, which caused sewage to show up at our bathtub and the toilets were not draining. At first we were contacted by Raymond, who learns the situation. He recommended that, as a precautionary measure, we should try to clear all the overflow sewage in the bathtub just in case of further overflow during the service (after the toilets are removed), because bathtub is the lowest point. We had no idea what he meant by lowest point, but the way he handled the situation gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing. So we did as instructed. Five mins later Raymond called again. Raymond recommended Lino to give us a hand instead because Lino was closer to us. Lino called us a few minutes later and provided us his Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). He arrived at our home on time, as he promised. He was polite, professional and easy-going. He scouted the washrooms and asked questions to understand the situation. Then he patiently explained to us what he thought the problems were and assured us that he will fix everything or else he's not leaving. He used two snakes (one battery powered and one off the wall). One after another, he snaked the toilet and bathtubs. Then.... the toilets flushed again! We spent the next few minutes flushing and running water down the bathtubs to make sure everything was good. Lino was there with us. The whole process took him about 30+ mins, from diagnostic, set up to clean up. It was quick and painless. Before he left, Lino gave us a few tips about drainage. This was added value to the service! Thanks Raymond and Lino.

Just finished replacing my drains today due to an incorrect slope which caused water to backup every time we flushed the toilet. Raymond and his team were absolutely amazing! They were all so polite, professional, and so respectful of our home. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything after they were done. I required a bit more digging to fully correct the slope and Raymond and his team went above and beyond to take care of us to ensure the work was done properly. Most companies would try and take you for a lot more money and give you this whole story and try and play on your emotions to get more money out of you, but Raymond and his team are not like that at all. Raymond clearly articulated exactly what him and his team would be doing and if for any reason that the following additional work is identified, there would be additional costs. Raymond never begin to push us on performing the work or scare us into it. He literally just educated us and provided us with a solution and let us decide if we wanted to proceed. If anyone has any concerns about their plumbing and are looking for a good plumbing company that is trustworthy, professional, great quality with great pricing, I would definitely recommend Raymond and his team at Crystal Drain and Plumbing. You will not be disappointed and will have piece of mind that the work was done properly and with the upmost care. Thank you Raymond and team for the amazing job!

Raymond called and asked for pictures of the issue and provided a quote over the phone. He was friendly, quick and super professional. I would definitely call on Raymond again if there’s ever a plumbing issue.

Lino was great. Helpful, honest, trustworthy. His 15+ years of experience enabled him to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. The next time I need a plumber, I will call and ask for Lino.

As a first time homeowner finding some issues with plumbing, I was worried that the plumber would give me a scary bill (have heard some scary stories!). Lino was the third plumber we contacted regarding this issue. I was quite impressed that he asked for pictures and videos describing the issue in detail and he gave a good quote. He came on time and was very thorough and patient in assessing the situation and explaining the fix to us. He cleaned up without leaving any messy debris behind. He was also very friendly and easy to deal with. Overall, Lino would be our first option for any future plumbing work we may have (though I hope we wont have any!)

A 4" plumbing test plug was stuck in the stack. Lido first tried to talk me through flushing it myself but had to come over as that didn't work. He's a real McGuyver and came up with multiple approaches to clearing the drain. After several hard hours, success! Great guy and great work!
