    New furnace install

    From the sales, (Sheldon) to the installers,Misagh and Behzad, couldn’t be happier. I looked around at different companies, but Sheldon sealed the deal.Top notch service all round. Installers were friendly, efficient and left the basement spotless. Before you make a decision, and you want a reliable company to do a great job, call Empower Home Comfort. You will not be disappointed, I wasn’t.

    Empower is impressive

    My recent experience with Empower was excellent. Starting with Tommy who objectively walked me through my options on the replacement of my 14-year old hot water tank. He was honest and transparent and offered a competitive price, with a no surprises guarantee. It continued with two professional installers, Behzad and Mehdi, who were experts at their craft and, throughout the installation, letting me know next steps including interruptions to our water and gas supply. They were very careful in removing the old 75 gallon tank and were very clean. All communications, verbal and email, were clear and concise with no pressure sales tactics at any time. Tommy, Behzad and Mehdi were very knowledgeable with the product and its installation. I would highly recommend Empower and would encourage dealing with the three individuals that helped me. Empower is impressive.

    Tankless water heater

    Empower salesman, Tommy is the nicest guy I know. He knows his products and was very helpful in explaining in detail the pros and cons in selecting the brand, the model plus giving us the best price. The installation was done professionally. Everything worked out as it should. I am very satisfied. And I would recommend Empower to all my friends.

    Furnace sale and install

    Tommy was very friendly and informative. He took time to explain and answer my questions. The tech guys Masoud and Mehdi were very professional and thorough. They took the time to explain and show me what they did.

    Furnace Installation

    Great experience with Empower Home Comfort from sales dealing with Tommy Duong and with the tech Behzad Tavakoly all very professional and and hard working. Would definitely recommend Empower home comfort to anyone who needs Hvac work done. Great job!

    Installation of new Combination Tankless Boiler to replace a hot water tank

    Empower Home Comfort - When our water heater tank leaked water, I called my Home Warranty Program coverage, which I paid monthly, and reported the tank. I was referred to and paid for a water heater technician to assess the hot water tank. The technician informed me Assurant Services... will contact me. To-date, despite calling numerous times since Sep. 23/2020, no one called back. I even called them after the new tankless was completed. Very frustrated, I checked on the internet, and the first company that caught my eyes was Empower Home Comfort. The service provided by the employees of this company is really excellent. 1) Mr. Tommy, Home Comfort Consultant - Respectful, very easy to deal with and explained the project clearly, from start to finish.  Also, seeing to it the project is started soonest and completed in a short time possible. 2) Mr. Rey, Project Manager - He regularly visited the work site and checked the progress of the project.  When the work was completed, he explained how the tankless boiler works and even suggested what more to add to make the system work more efficiently. 3) Mr. Masoud and his team - They are very courteous, asking permission before entering the premises, wearing mask for protection against covid-19. Started and completed the project on a timely manner. Arrived early and started work on the installation. Even working through the night, and did not leave until the job was completed.  Furthermore, they work systematically, one group worked on the water heater and another on the air conditioner.  Work time well spent.   Overall, Empower Home Comfort has very excellent employees.  Courteous, diligent and hard working. On a scale of 1 to 10, I will surely choose a 10 or higher.

    AC Installation with Tommy Duong - A+++

    I recently used Ener for an AC installation. Working with Tommy Duong from Ener was very seamless and easy. Tommy made the experience enjoyable and everything was easy and on-time. I would highly recommend their services

    New furnace (Carrier) and tankless (Bosch) water heater

    We were in need of a new hot water heater and furnace. We did a lot of research and reading of reviews etc. for a reputable company and equipment to replace our old equipment. We found and decided to go with Enerhome and Tommy. Tommy responded immediately and arranged to come to our home (on a Saturday afternoon) to meet with us and to assess what we needed. This was really great because we had no hot water and needed the new equipment immediately. Tommy was fantastic and really worked with us to come up with the best solution and cost. He guided us through the process and he was able to get us scheduled for the Monday. We really felt like we could count on him and the company even after all the equipment would be installed. Enerhome promises a worry-free install through their "no surprises" quote and no matter what happens during the job, they will not charge more if anything unexpected comes up. The installation team arrived on time and did an excellent job with the installation. They also explained the work planned for the day and asked for input as to how and where the new equipment was to be installed. They knew what they were doing and once they had all the equipment installed, they spent time explaining how to use it etc. They were very proficient and very neat - they cleaned everything up after the job was finished. I was so impressed by them and have already recommended Enerhome and Tommy to a few friends who have been considering replacing their water heater with a tankless system. Enerhome really understands customer service.

    New Air Conditioner purchase and installation

    Good advice and no-pressure from sales consultant Tommy. Good solution-oriented advice and quality installation from electrician Iman and HVAC tech Behzad. Thorough clean-up after work completed. Love the Enerhome tech tracker app to show location and arrival times - and everyone arrived when promised. Carrier unit has been in for only a couple of days but it is performing as promised - quiet, good cooling and significant removal of humidity.

    Installed A/C

    Tommy Duong was great! Really excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. Installation team were excellent. They did an amazing job. Fantastic service all around and very highly recommended.
