    air and furnace installation

    Excellent sales and installation personnel. We are seniors and with the existing government, suppliers and grants the price was reduced to just over 11000. They went out of their way to answer all questions satisfactorily. And they didn't know that I was previously evolved with an energy company for 35 years that sold the equipment I was shopping for. It wasn't that they tried to sell us something , they just wanted us to be fully aware of all the options available. Took care of us old folks! This was not discussed with other suppliers as one actually told us that we didn't qualify for any grants at all. They wanted to sell us an air conditioner and a high efficiency furnace (wouldn't expose the brands) at a nominal price. A relative with over 40 years experience told us that we bought a Lamborghini at a VW price. Installers were very considerate. Took time to answer all of our questions. There were no stupid questions. They did a wonderful job (relative inspection) cleaned up better than when they came Would and have recommend this company to many neighbors and friends. .

    Bosch tankless water heater

    Maria managed to have a technician come out as we had no hot water and have been having some technical issues with hot water taking too long to heat. Brad came out at the specified time and was totally professional in appearance and his manners too. He diagnosed the problem and had everything up and running in about an hour.     Warranty claim

    Faulty unit within the warranty need to replace burner on Tankless unit but they want to take their service to replace the burner and they can not get me the part which under warranty. I will not recommend this company to anyone

We understand you wanted us to provide you with the part, however, per manufacturer policy and gas code, replacing the burner in a natural gas unit such as your tankless water heater will need to be done by a licensed gas technician. There are lots of liability issues if individuals who are not licensed to do the work obtain and install these parts since it could become a serious hazard. If we are to obtain a part under warranty we must also be the ones to install that part, this is why when we make the warranty claim with the manufacturer it's absolutely necessary for us to provide a date for when the repair was done by us. This is why we cannot provide just the part to you.     A/C maintenance

    Brad and his colleague performed maintenance on A/C unit. He was very clear on the process, asked also about any issues with the whole HVAC system Fixed a small leak, changed humidifier filter and performed the AC maintenance. Very courteous.

    Brad arrived on time . He was curious , very professional and answered all our questions . There are some issues related to the original ductwork that he will look into and provide a solution . Exceptional work !
