My fridge stopped working. I posted on Homestars, got a response right away, Fuad came and made sure the fridge works until he gets the part, then came again. Impeccable service, prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly reocmmended

Dryer was making noises. Fuad diagnosed the problem instantly, gave me good advice for proper maintenence and fixed my issue within the hour. The whole process was quick and simple, from the call for service to completion. Definitely recommend.

Fuad from Appliance Aid arrived quickly and was able to diagnose and repair our dryer. We were very lucky that the problem had not caused a fire. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly. I'd definitely recommend him and calling Appliance Aid if you need skilled, decently priced repairs for your appliances.

My dishwasher had been out of service for almost 4 months waiting for a different repair person. Appliance Aid found the small piece of glass obstructing the pump function very quickly & had my dishwasher working well. After all the hand washing I am grateful for the quick ,efficient service & will use Appliance Aid again

Fuad was timely, attentive and honest in his assessment of the refrigerator repair. Freezer was fine and he determined and showed me the bad part (modulator) that was the cause. I would hire this company again.

Fuad was able to come repair my dryer the day after our initial contact. He was punctual. He took apart the dryer and was able to determine that it was a stuck dryer sheet in the fan that was causing the problem (the dryer was very operating but was very loud). He was honest in his assessment. The repair was still costly, but it reflected the time it took for him to check the fan and then put the dryer back again. I would use this company again.

Fuad was prompt to respond to my request for service. He came prepared with the parts needed, was quickly available and very pleasant to deal with . He identified the issues immediately identified the parts that needed replacing and how much they would cost. Overall first class service from Fuad at Appliance Aid. Happy to recommend.

A problem with my refrigerator had me thinking it was a particular problem that probably need a new motor, but, Fuad came and promptly diagnosed it as something simpler, repaired the problem and fixed the door seal as well for a very fair amount, which is the way I wish other professionals in the repair business would conduct themselves. I do and will recommend Fuad for all his expertise.

Quick and efficient work, very happy with the results. Also got a few other fixes along with the gasket. Would hire again for any new maintenance requests in the future!

Fuad was very professional, helpful and reasonable cost. Found a way to replace the drain pump in my stacked washer / dryer without having to remove the dryer on top; saved me the incremental cost of a helper to do so. Fair cost and I felt super confident I was getting expert services. Will us him for any future appliance repairs.
