Fuad was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with the dishwasher. He was very accommodating to the time as to when we wanted him there. I will call him again for any other kitchen appliances in need of repair.

Called + came right away. Found inexpensive solution, all fixed within couple days when part arrived.

We had used service of ApplianceAid for almost four years and actually became friends with owner. Grate experience on fridges we had to fix in old and new houses . Remember when Fuad came over , gave recommendations for washer and did not charge for service call as he did not need to actuall repairs. Highly recommend and will use it again!

My washing machine was indicating an error code. Fuad understood the problem and fixed it accurately and efficiently. Considering my busy schedule, it is important that he is available at evenings and weekends. Fair and professional.
