Fuad was incredibly knowledgable about my rather rare fridge. He executed the entire repair without referring to any manual etc. It's a 15 year old fridge and he saved us $000s on buying a new fridge, plus gave us some tips on why it leaks etc.

Our dryer stopped working where there was clearly power, but the drum wasn't turning. Fuad was the first person to respond to the email sent on Homestars and was exceptionally professional and prompt in coming over a weekend. He assessed the problem, fixed the immediate issue, but was still not satisfied that it was properly addressed. Given it was the weekend and other parts were required he followed up the following day to recommend a more fulsome solution. He strived to address the problem while not breaking the bank on the costs as there were a series of potential solutions to fully address. He really tried to optimize for the outcome and I felt like I was in incredibly good hands. Great experience!

I've had my Maytag Washer/ Dryer for 26 years and love it. A while ago, the dryer started making screeching noises while running. It was stilling drying clothes perfectly, but something was wrong, because it was too noisy. Normally, I can hardly hear my dryer running if I'm in another room. I was impressed with Faud right from the first call. He called back very quickly and even though I was initially planning on talking to a few repair companies before selecting one to come and take a look at my dryer, I decided to let him come without talking to others. What impressed me was that in the first call, he demonstrated his competency by asking really good questions regarding the problem with the dryer. His questions made me see that he knew the different potential problems and what the solution might be. I love my Maytag and right away in the first appointment, he brought along a part he knew would need to be replaced. Immediately, my dryer was working so much better than before. The screeching was reduced to a minor, intermittent squeaking! Once we got inside the dryer, we realized there were a few other parts that should be replaced, since my dryer is 26 years old (yes...I know)! Within 2 days, he had procured the additional parts and dropped by to replace them too. I love my Maytag and it's like new again - running super-quiet like it did before. I couldn't be happier!

Faud was very professional and reliable. He responded quickly to my inquiry. He was able to schedule the service call for the same day. He inspected the washing machine and let me know that it would cost more for parts and labour than it would be worth. We appreciated his candor and the cost of the Service Call was reasonable.

I can repair many things but at times a knowledgeable expert is needed. Faud was quick to respond and troubleshoot my washer problem. I was given options on the fix that can be done. The problem was resolved quickly. Its always good to have experienced, knowledgeable and dependable technicians that charges accordingly and fairly.
