Fuad fixed my dishwasher in no time and troubleshooted the next problem over the phone

Faud was quick to answer and schedule a time to visit, he came prepared with the required parts for the repair. He changed a fuse and replaced the door latch with a 90 day warranty.

We had identified the problem with the oven being a faulty igniter. Faud ordered the replacement igniter and was able to fit the item the following day. He was very efficient once he got here and the repair was effected quickly and cleanly.

Fridge stopped cooling Friday evening, posted a request in HomeStars Saturday morning, Fuad was first to respond, within half an hour of posting. Was able to come by 3 hours later. Based on information I gave him over the phone, he gave a tentative diagnosis over the phone that turned out to be correct and he repaired it for a reasonable cost.

Fuad came as agreed, on time. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He promptly diagnosed the issue and told us what the financial damage might be.Lovely to deal with.

Precessional and very knowledgeable about appliances. In the past we have called about an issue and have gotten free advice over the phone that solved the issue. It’s great to know there are good people who so honest work and don’t try to pull the wool o we your eyes. I would definitely recommend this company.
