    Competent and friendly service. Were able to diagnose issue with the cooktop quickly and order parts for discontinued model. Pivoted to install a new cooktop when decision was made the wait for parts was too long

    I contacted EZ Fix about repairing our washing machine. They contacted me back right away. We scheduled a time for them to come to our home. They showed up on time, checked our machine and then provided me with all the information I needed. Overall a positive experience.
