    Repair household appliance: Washing machine

    Easy communication, timely and friendly repair technician. However, they charged $97.21 for a $20 part (a lid switch available on Amazon) and $265 labor for a 17 minute fix. I understand that expertise isn't cheap, but this seemed like quite a steep price for such a simple repair.

To clarify - parts sold on Amazon are cheap for a reason, most are not OEM parts, and carry no manufacturer warranty. In the future, you are always welcome to purchase parts independently and request installation only. We pride ourselves in having no hidden fees, and no surprise charges - It's important for us to mention that all costs of diagnostic and/or repair are explained in advance and pending approval prior to any work being done.     Repair household appliance

    From a thourough assessment of the problem, to a fair quote, to a job well done - I am very satisfied with the repair Eugene did to our freezer. Turnaround was quick, he arrived when he said he would, he was neat and did not leave until it was obvious the freezer was working as it should. This is a company I would use again. Much thanks.

    Repair household appliance

    The Eugene's diagnosis was completely off. The actual issue with our fridge was the defrost heater, but he didn't even check or consider it. We're really glad we got a second opinion and saved $700+. But they still charged us $85 for diagnostics. Honestly, we're pretty disappointed with the Ez Fix service and will not recommend it to anyone.

    EZ Fix proved to be an excellent service for my washer that stopped working. They accommodated my schedule for the visit; they kept me posted to confirm the arrival on the day of the visit, and they followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the repair. Eugene is an expert and professional technician who diagnosed the exact problem and provided a timely solution that has restored my washer to perfect working order. EZ Fix is very competitively priced for the excellent service they provide. I would not hesitate to call them again if any of my other household appliances ever need a repair.     Repair household appliance

    Responsive, punctual, and easy to communicate with. The technician came to look at the washer which suddenly one day stopped draining properly, making high-pitched sound. They identified a few parts with wear and tear and provided a suggested remediation plan.
