Poor service. Different person contacts you by email, text, missed calls from number without caller ID. Poor scheduling - they made us set aside six hour window TWO days in a row for technician to come and NO SHOW. They lied and said they left me a voice message but not true. They lied and said technician came to the door but not true. No-one came for two days when they were supposed to. They offered me a discount but I never got it. Poor service, poor communication. Would not recommend them. Will not use them again. It's been over a week since technician repaired my fridge and I have NOT received an invoice for proof of payment and 90 day guarantee! Horrible, horrible service and experience!

Washing machine turntable was broken. The repairman came, saw that it could not be fixed and then just glued the piece back on so that he could charge the full repair fee. He left knowing it would just break off again. I had to contact the company to get a partial refund since nothing was fixed and the machine just had to be replaced. It wouldn't have been a problem had they just charged the assessment fee, but it was the sneaky business of gluing a piece back on knowing it would just break off so that they could charge the whole fee that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Helpful and attentive and efficient with the job. Technician was great - thorough fast and kind.
