I am writing to express my deep dissatififaction and frustration with the service we received from Humber. The entire experience has been unacceptable, and I am utterly mortified by how the situation was handled. Initially, we were informed that no service techs were available over the weekend, however, we later received a call stating that a technician had been found and would be dispatched. We were also told to expect a 30-minute courtesy call prior to the tech's arrival. No such call was received, and they arrived an hour earlier than scheduled without notice. The service call was for my tenants, an elderly couple. The service tech did not have customer service in mind, and had mistreated my tenants poorly, telling them their opinion didn't matter as he has 30+ years of experience. Shame on you for bad manners to the elderly!

Scheduling was a bit off but guy eventually showed up and he was great. Overall very satisfied.

Rapid response to request for refridgeeator service. Paid $130 for service call . Pleasant serviceman determined that a part had to be ordered from Miele and should take a week. Ten days passed - no call. We called them and they appeared to have blocked our number. After 16 days and no communication we arranged for service through Miele itself. This was done and Humber service arrived with part more than three weeks after initial diagnosis. Why no communication? We were without our fridge for almost a month and kept in the dark. We initially suspected something bad when our phone number was blocked but it just seems that they are terrible at communicating once they have safely deposited your service charge. Awesome job ... We were looking for someone to fix the leak for our refrigerator.. they came quickly.. followed through.. from beginning to end job well done. Would recommend them .. yes for sure

Service was same day we called which was exactly what we needed and Humber accomodated our request which was fabulous. Technician knew exactly what was wrong, dealt with the issue efficiently, gave great advice to avoid issues in the future and left the place spotless. Will definitely use them for future maintenance/ repairs. Was worth the cost. I highly recommend their service. Anne S.

Our oven stopped working and we needed to it fixed in a hurry as we were having dinner guests the next day. I was recommended Humber Appliances Repair by my neighbour. The technician was able to get the repair done in a timely manner. The efficient and professional service is highly recommended!

They were very helpful and professional for a reasonable price. Highly recommended and will definitely call them again.
