    Excellent job ! 100% satisfaction!

    I had issues with fridge recently. Luckily, I found Humber Appliances Repair who fixed the problem. Technicians are very helpful and customer friendly. They are really good at what theyre supposed to be. They are very professional. Not just me, my wife also fully satisfied with their job. I can refer them to my friends and anyone who needs their services! Its worth to call them !

    Washing Machine Problem Diagnosis

    I explained the issue on my washing machine on home stars. Humber appliances called me back. They said Diagnosis was $120+Tax. Repair will be $245+Tax. Technician showed up. As soon as he entered he said my machine is not repairable based on the information I have provided. He came to my laundry room and turned on the machine. Said drum is broken. Repair will cost around $1000. He didn't even have to use any of his tools. Spent maximum 15 minutes. Charged $120+Tax. This is very easy money for driving to my house and giving opinion without much effort. If he had used tools to open up my machine and show me the problem, charging is fair. But this didn't happen. Flat fee looks attractive. But can be very frustrating to customers too.

    Repair of refrigerator

    Technician came on time, examined the refrigerator (which is 20 years old) and diagnosed the problem immediately. The refrigerator was then repaired and the technician left the area spotless.

    Appliance Repair
    I found the invoice amount a bit too high considering it was a 40 minute job which I also assisted in the stove take out and put back.

    Thanks Randy for your review. As quoted and agreed during the booking that our repair fee is flat irrespective of number of hours and days require to fix your stove. Unlike other repair co that charge based on hours. which really adds up and you have to go through the stress. Not knowing how long the repair is going to last. Further more your stove has a damage element switch. Which was also replace. Our technician have your stove back in perfect working condition within 40 mins. No body wants a repair to last longer. Thanks

    Fridge Repair

    Very professional and experienced, would highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs. Diagnosed and repaired the fridge in less than an hour.

    Quickly found + diagnosed the problem

    Neil, the tech they sent, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on-site. My gas stove burner now lights reliably again. Very reasonable price as well.

    Washer repair

    Needed someone to come in to repair a washing machine that had a loud screeching. Very efficient conversations, prompt, advice they gave was spot on and saved me a bundle. Appreciated the entire processes.

    Appliance Repair Horrible Experience.

    The worst service starts from their call centre trickling down to their repair specialist. Horrible experience. Do not go with this company. The call center and service specialists do not communicate in a timely manner. As a customer, I had to be the middle guy to communicate and set up appointments and follow up on parts being ordered. After more than a week and 4 appointments, they decide they can't fix it, and want to make another appointment to come to take out 2 $40.00 parts so they can send them back to the manufacturer. They did not care about my time at all. Additionally, they did not show up at the timeslot they were supposed to come in.

We have offered you same day service and parts information was provided to you the next day. We dont know what are you expectation. Your parts payment were refunded back to your card as manufacturer has discontinued the part.

    Appliance Repair

    Excellent next day service. Repair personnel informed, polite, on time and knowledgeable. Have previously used this company and have absolutely no reservations about recommending them. They are able to work with a wide range of appliance manufacturers. The central office communicates politely, very effectively, and with superb attention to detail.

    Dishwasher repair

    Our dishwasher would not drain at all and would not wash. I called Humber Appliance Repair around 5:30 pm, they called me back half an hour later and offered me 2 time slots for the next day. I received an alert 30 minutes before the technician arrived. He was very efficient: he asked me a few questions, did an audit and fixed the problem in a few minutes. I highly recommend Humber Appliance Repair, they are very professional and explain exactly what to expect
