    Open Concept: Remove Load Bearing Wall

    ASR Engineers Inc. is an absolute pleasure working with & they are truly knowledgeable & professional. Specially Anwar provided us the best way to remove a load bearing wall based on our existing property in a timely manner. Whole team is honest and polite.     Engineering Reports

    Anwar was able to come to our house shortly after we talked and inspected a glass railing and the outdoor stone. He prepared very detailed reports with pictures included that we were able to submit to the city and have the building permits approved and closed.

    Excellent Work Done: Load Bearing Wall Removal

    We did an open concept main floor to modernize our property. Anwar was great and truly knowledgeable. Thinking it will be extremely hard to do what we were expecting but ASR Engineers provided plans/drawings to remove load bearing walls. It seems the entire team has vast experience what they are doing. Anwar is very professional, reliable, and quick to respond to any inquiries. If you are looking for an engineer, look no further! The plans we got were incredibly detailed. Anwar was very polite, considerate and a pleasure to deal with. I will use team ASR Engineers again for my future projects and I wish them best wishes.

    Renovation engineering design

    I had a fast and responsive service from Anwar at ASRN Services. Compared to the many architects I had contacted, Anwar quoted a more affordable quote with great designs and fast service. It was straight to the point and delivered before the expected time. I will use ASRN Services again when I do my extension. Many thanks Anwar!

    Pleasure To Work With

    My friend recommended Anwar. I live in Barrie and needed a Basement Development cost estimation for submitting to Bank for financing (purchase plus renovation) and only 10 days to spare. I texted him at night in brief and asked him to call me at his convenience. He called me back within 5 minutes. He came to the site with his team 2 days later and submitted the design within 1 week (changes were made later once we secured financing from the bank). He listened carefully about my ideas and expectations about the project and gave his valuable professional inputs to make the project even better. The best part of working with Anwar is that you can reach him anytime. As a client, I was really happy with his service. I strongly recommend Anwar.

    Excellent work

    Anwar did a great job. He provided a quick turnaround time, and we had a permit to remove a load bearing wall in hand in a couple of weeks. Excellent communication along the way and very responsive to questions. We'd hire him again no question, and have recommended him to others.

    Very easy to work with

    Used ASR to provide drawings for a deck and request a permit. Anwar was very easy to work with and provided great communication throughout the process. Looking forward to seeing what the deck looks like once built. Highly recommend!

    Structural framing

    Our inspector had requested us to submit a report on structural framing. We chose ASR Engineers because it has a good reputation from many clients on HomeStars. I’ve found later we made a right choice. We contacted this company on the phone and Anwar came to the construction site a few hours later on the same day. He gave us proper suggestions and prepared a good report in one or two days which is very quick. His report was well-organized, detailed, and professional. Our inspector liked his report. Not only did he submit the report, but he directly talked with our inspector and discuss the issues of our project, which made the inspection process go faster and more smoothly. We are satisfied with and appreciate his fast and professional work. I highly recommend Anwar to anyone.

    Amazing Service - Strongly Recommend!

    I contacted ASR Engineers because I had a wooden post in my basement which needed to be removed. It wasn't clear whether the post was load-bearing or if it could be torn out. Within 24 hours of sending the details to ASR, I was contacted by Anwar who offered to take a look and offer his expertise. Anwar was friendly, knowledgeable, and confirmed that it was completely safe for it to be removed. I was blown away by the service I received and would strongly recommend ASR Engineers to anyone.

    Helped us through a complex building permit process

    The City of Vaughan city inspector had required us to get a permit that also spanned work that was done with the previous home owners which got very complicated and potentially very expensive. ASR Engineers were able to mediate and work with all parties involved to come up with a fair and cost effective solution. I highly recommend this firm.
