    Home inspection

    I was concerned about some cracks that had appeared in the walls of my home and my garage floor. ASR performed an inspection of my home and provided a written report detailing their findings and their recommendations for further action. I was satisfied with the results!

    Drawings for removal of load bearing wall

    I contacted ASR Engineers to obtain assistance with a engineering services, permit application, and drawings for the removal of a load bearing wall. They did a phenomenal job with the drawings and application. Anwar and his team worked beyond their normal operational hours to ensure the drawings and submissions were completed in a timely manner.     Load Bearing Assessment

    Anwar was great to deal with. I was on a really tight schedule after another structural engineer cancelled at the last minute. Anwar came and saved the day, he was able to complete the assessment and provide the report within a few hours, it was amazing and without his quick turnaround my entire renovation would have been delayed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anwar and ASR.

    Home renovation - drawings for permits

    We were very satisfied with the professionalism of ASR Engineering. They were very detailed; polite; and looked after the application for us during the process of getting permits approved for our renovation. Their communication was excellent and I felt I knew what step of the process we were in as they always provided updates. I definitely recommend them.

    Home Backyard and Bathroom renovation drawings

    ASR Engineering has been very helpful in creating a detailed engineering drawing plan for our house. They also provided prompt responses to any questions from the city inspectors, which expedited and facilitated our time with this complex process.     Drawings for second dwelling unit

    Anwar's team's provide great customer service, timely delivery and very professional throughout the process of obtaining building permit. Anwarus took time to understand our requirements and revised design multiple times to ensure our satisfaction. Would use again in future and highly recommend to all. Shashank

    Architect/Engineer Drawings

    Anwar came the next day after we had asked to draw some plans after we had called him and we received the actual drawings so quickly! Really helped us speed up our project!!! He also had great communication and customer service throughout the whole process. He put up with all our stupid questions but always explained everything thoroughly so we understood!

    Building permit: professional and efficient engineers

    We were referred to Anwar and his team by our underpinning contractor, to get engineering reports and drawings for our basement project. Anwar and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They answered all our questions and made sure we got what we needed to complete our project providing us with draft drawings for review before the final drawings were stamped. They also helped us with the permitting process with the city ensuring all the necessary forms were submitted properly. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

    Load Bearing Wall: Open Concept

    Anwar was great to work, very professional and did a great job. There were some complexities to the job, which he worked with his team to figure out the most economic method to fix. He was also great at communicating with us and the city.
