    Home renovation

    Great experience with Anwar. His patience with my asking possibly too many questions kept me calm and gave me a better understanding and prepared me for what's to come during the construction process. thank you Anwar definitely would recommend and use again

    Home inspection

    Anwar was hired for an inspection of our home in Scarborough. Throughout the process Anwar was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Anwar provided a comprehensive report and would highly recommend his service

    Underpinning, Structural Design & Permit

    Anwar and ASR Engineers are a big part of the success of my real estate business. I always refer ASR Engineers Inc. to my clients for their personal homes or investment properties they purchase with me and every time my clients could not be happier with the finished product and my investors always exceed their budgeted profit level they had planned for. The ASR Engineering team is always on budget and manage their time efficiently. Anwar is excellent with my clients and knows the business inside and out which puts them at ease. He delivers on it all and is always on time with the finished product always looking amazing. The company know what they are talking about and delivers on it and that's everything in business. Highly recommend, will always use ASR Engineers as my primary go-to company, contact me if you ever need a recommendation.

    Product: Overhead Doors And Zoning Change

    Professional services. They obtained permit from the city Hall in no time . Did proper structure work for overhead doors and nice finishing. They did zoning change from garage into a dealer ship requirement. I would highly recommend hiring them to any one . Thank you all staff for your follow up and fast communication.

    Solarium

    Determine structural integrity of solarium. Solutions to rectifying the problem. Anwar investigated and gave me several options. His solutions were explained clearly and professionally. Very satisfied with ASR Engineers Inc.

    Major Structural Repairs, Foundations Repairs and Underpinning

    Very professional, honest, has a very good Engaging knowledge. On time, we called him to check the contractor’s work , he was always there to guide us.

    Basement

    ASR Engineers Inc. has designed our legal basement in Scarborough. They have done a great job. They are very cooperative and understanding when the City demanded the changes in design. I would definitely recommend them for any projects in the house.

    Basement renovation

    We needed a structural engineer to produce a solution to remove load bearing walls, and create an open concept (kitchen, living and dining room). Through various reviews on Homestar we were directed to ASR Engineers Inc, Anwar. On the initial 'information gathering' phone call, he provided us with a comprehensive overview of the process to obtain drawings for a building permit. Of all the 'information gathering' calls we made, he was the most generous with information. When we decided to go with him, a few weeks later, someone was sent to do the initial measuring. We then communicated back and forth, until the final drawings were produced. We submitted the drawings to the City, and was granted the Permit requested with no issues. I will recommend Anwar and his team, at ASR Engineers Inc, to anyone who needs the services that he offers. He was cost effective, prompt in all communication, accessible and informative.

    Project

    We hired HomeStars for a project for our Corporation to deal with the Toronto City. They did amazing job. Throughout they were very responsive until finish it successfully the comlex job with Toronto city.
