    Porch Renovation

    We were referred to ASR Emgineers Inc. for plans to our front porch extension. They were thorough and responsive in the design process and were proactive to get us our permits in a timely manner. Anwar and his team were great. Thanks a bunch for putting ur heart into it ...

    Professional Advice

    Anwar is friendly, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and incredibly proficient. . He goes thorough job and explains his process meticulously.     Very good quality of Work Performed

    Originally came across ASR Engineers Inc via homestars and couldn't be more fortunate that I did. Worked with Anwar on a small project to enclose my front porch. Extremely professional and organized with timely responses to any questions I had. Great experience with other members of their team as well. On one occasion, I dropped off some drawings for their reference and what would have been a quick hello turned into a great working session with a structural engineer like him and architectural technologist to come up with a solution for a unique insulation situation. To me, that's the sign of an excellent team that is not hesitant in coming up with solutions any way they can. I fully recommend ASR, and to me it's obvious why they're top ranked on Homestars. Will be working with them again shortly on a bigger ground up build, looking forward to that!

    Great service

    Anwar and his team is amazing. I highly recommend using them. They provide excellent advice on a timely basis. In addition, I was told by the Town of Richmond Hill planning examiner that Anwar has a very strong reputation and is known to produce excellant work so the planning examiner didn't expect any issue with granting my permit (and there wasn't).

    Side entrance

    ASR Engineers Inc. is Excellent! Very professional, reliable and trustworthy team. They did drawings for our basement entrance and also they work for putting in the entrance. It was very handy that they did the drawings and then could also do the work. Excellent! Would definitely recommend them.

    Office Renovation

    Anwar and his team has showed great professionalism. Meticulous, thorough and owns his work end to end. He arranged for all permits and partners including completed structural engineering and calculation. A very enjoyable experience were he took our feedback and made amendments suitable to our needs. Very satisfied with his work and demean our. We have our stamped drawings in hand and are commencing our project in the spring. Thank you

    Open Wall Renovation

    I was referred to ASR Engineers Inc. by a friend and could not be more pleased with their work. They are eager to help you and give you what you are looking for efficiently and effectively. I came to them as I needed to do an open wall concept for main floor. They were quick in their response to reply to my query and begin the process. I was able to get just what I needed in timely manner and complete my renovation on time. The finished project looks better then expected. I highly recommend ASR Engineers Inc for Structural Designs or any engineering and/or structural jobs

    Home

    We were referred to Anwar through a Toronto area construction manager knowing that our project was to design a custom home for us in the Grand Bend area. Our starting point with Anwar was a conversation on site to get to know our initial vision, lifestyle and approximate budget. Then using our comments he created a number of home designs to begin refining our thoughts. We achieved a final design of about 4000 sq feet of construction that we were excited to move to the permit stage. Our custom home will be located in the country and as a surprise to the local builder, ourselves and Anwar we needed to apply for a minor variance. Here Anwar handled all the paperwork and attend local meetings. He established a very positive working relationship with the local building department and followed through to the approval. We are now breaking ground thanks to him. Anwar is knowledgeable and creative, detail-oriented and timely, conscientious and very patient. It was a pleasure to have him at our side through this journey. We are happy to highly recommend his services!!

    House renovation

    We hired ASR Engineers Inc. for the following: * Inspection of underpinning * Specification of load bearing beams in the basement and on the main floor * Specifications for a wall and walkout, and * Installation of the beam on the main floor. Anwar and his team were professional, prompt, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The workmanship was also top notch. We would highly recommend ASR Engineers Inc.

    Site Assessment Of Home

    Anwar surveyed our older home for structural issues. He quickly identified the source of our floor sag-which stemmed from the original construction! He was thorough, patient and answered all of my questions as we did an indoor and outdoor review of the building together. I would gladly use ASR Engineers Inc. again for my future project.
