    Finish Basement

    After contracted several companies and getting estimated we decided to go with ASR Engineers Inc. The whole process from beginning to end was very professional. Anwar helped us to design and plan the basement and choose the appropriate materials. His material selection was quite extensive and higher quality .The project finished on time about 5 weeks and within budget. He was very dedicated, showed up on time everyday and worked very hard. The electrical work was done professionally and up to code. I would strongly recommend ASR Engineers Inc.

    Structural Engineering Drawings

    I was very satisfied with the work of ASR Engineers Inc. the whole process from beginning to end was explained well. They completed the work in the timeline outlined and were very professional. They were always reachable and answered any questions we had along the way. I would recommend them to family and friends and use their services again if needed.

    Engineer/Architectural Drawings and Permit

    We hired ASR engineers for architectural and engineering drawings for a New Garage we were building, as well as submittals and guidance for these documents through the Toronto Committee of Adjustments and buildings permit process. Throughout the whole process, Anwar was extremely professional, courteous and responsive. Every time I had a query or needed clarity - Anwar was there to assist, and the best part is his demeanor was always timely and professional. I would recommend Anwar and his firm for any structural and engineering work, I will definitely look into hiring his professional services for future work. Thank you ASR

    Strctural Repair in our residential home

    Structural Inspection And Repair Our contractor drilled through a 4 opening through the LVL beam and I was concerned about the integrity of the beam. I called Anwar and he was prompt and scheduled a visit the same day. He expedited the assessment and suggested repairs, which my contractor promptly implemented. All in all a speedy action on what was a concerning situation.

    Removal of Load Bearing Wall

    I reached out to ASR Engineers after seeing all the positive reviews on HomeStars and I was not disappointed. Anwar was a pleasure to deal with. First of all, he is very polite, easy to talk to, and always accommodated our questions (I had a lot). His tenured experience showed that his pricing is very competitive from the time we met. We recently moved into a 35-year-old house and wanted to remove a few load-bearing walls to open up the layout. Anwar came and took all measurements, and in a few weeks provided a detailed drawing of my whole house as it exists and what the proposed drawing would look like. He also helped me with the city permit and directly worked with the city to get my permit approved. He is also going to be available to talk to any city inspectors and general contractors I choose to do the work. I asked him for a recommendation for a company that he has worked with in the past and he shared a reputable company that I am considering. My overall experience working with ASR is 10/10. Highly recommended this company. Anwar has huge experience as a structural engineer. You wont be disappointed.

    House Survey

    Service rendered by ASR Engineers is Survey, and awaiting approval from the city, house extension and legal basement design. From start to complete of the requested services, ASR Engineers worked professionally. They more than twice accommodated our wish lists, and patiently redesigned the project. Irrespective of their busy schedule and deadline seriousness, they were very considerate when we requested a break to attend to an unforeseen family issue. The work is magnificently completed and has been submitted to the City for approval. We have no objection whatsoever recommending anyone seeking professionally and decently finished housing work to ASR Engineers.

    Custom Home Build - Structural Drawings

    Professional, always available, assuring and knows what he's doing. No time wasting, and you can definitely count on Anwar and team to deliver. We needed a structural engineer to work on custom house build structural drawings and we had a very tight deadline. Anwar delivered everything in one week - Simply amazing.     Second Storey Addition - Toronto

    We had a wonderful experience with Anwar from ASR Engineers. We had started our project with another engineer and things did not work out well. Anwar came in and saved the project - by listening to what we wanted, understanding our tastes and needs, and creating something that we were extremely happy about. He’s also extremely prompt to answer and come back with solutions and advice. We would 100% recommend team ASR Engineers without any doubt.

    RESIDENTIAL SECOND UNIT IN BASEMENT, BELOW GRADE STAIRWELL

    We did not know ASR Engineers or Anwar (nor were they referred by someone) but we took our chances based on online reviews. And, we couldn't have been happier with the results. We hired the ASR team to turn our basement into a separate unit with below grade side entrance. Anwar was patient, listened to our ideas and advised on the most optimal outcome while keeping in mind our budget. He was approachable, easy to work with and always available to answer any questions or address any issues or concerns. A few weeks later we got the permits. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you very much to Anwar and the ASR team! Looking forward to the next project together.
