    Beautiful Front Porch

    This project was a front porch spanning both sides of a semi-detached. The work of Raymond and his was of the highest quality. What a joy it is to work with a trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced builder! His pricing was fair, and communication lines were always open and transparent. Raymond even suggested a design improvement to the plans that we are delighted with. Flawless in all respects, and highly recommended.

    Removal of Load Bearing Wall

    We hired Anwar to complete structural drawings as we needed a load bearing wall removed for our kitchen renovation. From the beginning Anwar was ready to help and quick to respond to any requests. He even worked on weekends to ensure our contractor had the information he needed to complete the project. We would recommend Anwar for anyone looking to hire a engineer for their project.

    Wall Removal

    We want to remove a wall to achieve more of an open concept in our home and need an engineer to determine the best way to have it done. Anwar was prompt and very professional. He assessed our home and determined which walls were load bearing. He thoroughly explained the process, gave us a couple different options to choose from. We are very happy with Anwar expertise and experience.

    Load Bearing Wall Removal

    Anwar helped us obtain a permit for removing a load bearing wall and worked with our contractor until the job was completed. From start to finish he was always available to answer questions and help with any issues that came up. Our contractor had trouble procuring the correct type of beam and Anwar provided several innovative solutions so that the job could be completed correctly and on time. I would highly recommend him without hesitation for any structural engineering needs.
