    My Home Inspection

    Our Inspection was done with Julian. He came with trades experience. From top to bottom he explained what he was doing and the equipment he was using. Answering questions and concerns. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend Legacy to anyone who is looking for home inspections

    Home Inspection and WETT

    Kris came out to do a house inspection and WETT in Feb of 2023. We truly appreciated his work and approach. We wanted to know as much about the house as possible. He identified major and minor issues. I feel very confident that all issues were identified, reported for us to address (regardless of how trivial they were).     Home Inspection

    Kris was extremely professional. He arrived early and thoroughly inspected every corner of the home--inside, outside and on the roof. The inspection report was very detailed with descriptions and pictures of each item of note. Also included were prescriptions for any necessary repairs and their level of urgency.

    Home Inspection for Dave Lee

    Kris was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He took in consideration our well being on the purchase of our new home in Innisfil. He did a great job inspecting the house and providing detailed information as I walked through the house with him. All the information was captured in a detailed report with supporting pictures.     Inspection of floor damage in furnace room

    When I discovered sever water damage in my furnace room, I called Chris and he was here within 2 days. He did an excellent inspection and gave me a comprehensive report and advice on where to go from there. I would highly recommend this company. Jeans
