    The best of the best

    We contacted Kris at Legacy December 21st 2022 on short notice he inspected our home in the middle of snow storm Dec 22. Kris is a professional in every way. He responds quickly to phone calls and emails. Kris provided us with an excellent report the same day he did the inspection. I am not sure that is always possible our potential home was in great condition so perhaps their was a little less to report on. The report had detailed photos and information that will assist us in correcting the issues. He frequently asked me if I had questions. Kris was able to answer every question I had about the home. It is rare to find someone that does what they say they will do, does it well and does it on time. I have full confidence in recommending Kris from Legacy Home Inspection he obviously takes pride in his work and understand customer service. Ean D

    Highly recommend this company

    Kris was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained things every step of the way and answered any questions we had. I was confident that there was nothing overlooked and that my new home was inspected properly. My report was easy to read included pictures of everything that needed fixing in the future. I highly recommend this company.

    Extremely thorough inspections, friendly and professional service

    Legacy Home Inspections do any excellent job, keep you informed through the process, and were an extreme pleasure to work with. They provide you with an extremely detailed final report and dont hesitate to answer any questions you have. The service was extremely professional but at the same time the staff was super polite, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home inspections done.

    Knowledgeable and flexible

    Kris is courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I had to rebook the service last minute and Kris was flexible and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

    Thorough, Informative, Professional

    Very professional inspection company. Clear style of communication and easy to get along with. Points out all conceivable hazards of the home, along with potential remedies. Offers realistic expectations regarding the state of the house, to give buyers peace of mind. Package was offered in an interactive electronic format, along with a pdf option if preferred. Highly recommend!

    Home inspection

    Buyer's Inspection

    Comprehensive Buyer's Report. Kris clearly explained every deficiency with the property, as well as what was done above standard/code.

    Home Inspection

    Thank you! Very helpful

    We asked for an inspection of an old house, and we are so so grateful to Kris who walked us through, showed and explained findings, and suggested the level of repair urgency.
