    Very responsible service

    Came home from camping with my family with tons of dirty cloths just to discover that my washer broke down. Scheduling a service call with iCare took only a few minutes (it took me waaaay longer time on the phone with LG Suport that at the end gave me iCare's number). When the technician, Yan, came in, within a few minutes he knew what the issue was and gave me the full breakdown, including pros and cons repairing vs. replacing. Yan ordered the parts immediately. He came back two days later when the parts were available and the final repair took another 15 min or so. A few days later they followed up to make sure that everything was working fine. I was very satisfied with every single interaction I had with iCare and the service they provided. Highly recommend

    Refrigerator Repair

    My LG refrigerator stopped working Sunday morning I called iCare Appiance Service Jul 10, Sunday, and I was surprised someone answered me. Stan was on the other line. I explained my problem and he said he will send a technician the following morning. Indeed, Alex, the technician came in the morning checked the unit and replaced the worn out compressor with an improved design compressor. He also updated the program of the refrigerator. Alex was awesome and he fixed my refrigerator in just over an hour. And it cost me a reasonable price. Im just hoping it will serve me for another ten years. Awesome company.

    Fixed my LG fridge issue with the compressor.

    The service technician showed up within the schedule. Promptly and fast. My fridge is working again within an hour.

    Great service!

    We had an issue with the washer being to loud. I requested service online, did not have to wait long for an appointment, call center was very polite and great to work with when scheduling the technician. The technician was very polite, explained the issue, great to work with. Call center contacted me some time after to check if Im satisfied with the technician and etc., very nice as I was not expecting it. I will definitely use their service again. Please note there was no cost as our washer is under warranty however I had to place an amount in order to post the review.

    Replace LG Refrigerator Compressor

    The repair was arranged through LG after-warranty service, which offers a very reasonable fixed price including parts and labour. The service was efficient and well done. Alex, the technician, was professional and polite and took his time to make sure the job was done right. Thank you for the excellent service!

    The oven temperature stay in low temperature and not getting warm enough for cooking and grilling
