    Washing machine

    I panic when my washing machine broke last week, I got this company contact number in one of my chats and I couldnt believe how soon they booked my service, the technician got the parts needed and came back to finish the job, all in one week. Ill recommend this company from now on.

    Will highly recommend

    Thank you for repairing my LG fridge. My fridge was about 3 years old. The manufacturers warranty had ran out. LG recommended a flat rate for repair. Their customer service recommended iCare. True enough, the high ratings are well deserved. Ali was a well trained professional, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He did not rush the job. My fridge works fine now. Well done!

    Fridge Repairs

    Our Fridge broke down after 2 weeks from purchasing. I tried to schedule a warranty repair on the manufacturer website, but Markham was not there, so I had to call the manufacturer. They scheduled an appointment for a repair through their maintenance company. Two days later, they called and changed the appointment. When they finally realized that they do not service Markham, they asked iCare to perform the service on their behalf. iCare was very prompt in reaching out and scheduling a visit. Their technician called 15 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. Apparently the compressor needed replacement. iCare reached out in the evening to let me know that the parts were ordered and service will be performed as soon as the parts arrive. iCare called and scheduled a service 2 business days later. Again technician was on time as usual and service was performed. Unfortunately, the equipment started failing after 12 hours of operation. I called iCare to let them know of the situation and their technician was back the next day. He double checked his work and nothing was wrong with his work. So he proceeded to troubleshoot further. A leak was found in the joint from the copper piping connecting to the condenser. The problem was attended to promptly and the equipment is running well. This was a manufacturing issue, that could have been avoided had the manufacturer performed proper quality control checks. iCare were there when we needed them, they were responsive and understanding, they fixed the problem and all was done under the warranty. They even called a few days later to make sure that the equipment is working properly and asked about our satisfaction. It is refreshing to deal with a company that cares about the customer and their reputation when most companies are after a quick profit. Based on my experience I will definitely recommend their services

    Service for dishwasher Kitchen Aid

    The service man came in time and checked the dishwasher and fixed it. He was polite and efficient.

    Fridge Ice Maker Repair

    Having a built in fridge ice maker that works is a game changer! When I called to report that my fridge didn't make ice, a technician was quickly assigned and Zack came to assess the situation. Since a part needed to be replaced and it was on back order, Louisa kept me informed with update calls. Once the part became available, she called out to schedule the repair. Zack showed up early on the scheduled day, replaced the part, answered my questions, and left me with working ice maker. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend the iCare team for appliance repair services.

    Washing machine repair

    iCare has done an amazing job repairing my LG washing machine. The technician right away knew where the cause of the issue and repaired it in one visit. He came prepared with the part pre-ordered. And my washing machine worked wonderfully after the repair. Thanks iCare.

    Professional, courteous, knowledgeable

    Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with at iCare, including the person who called to schedule the appointment and the repair technician were friendly, polite and extremely professional. They even followed up several days after the service call to ask if I was satisfied with the repair and if there were any outstanding issues. A special thank you to Ali the repair tech. The pride he takes in his work is clear. Undoubtedly the best appliance repair tech I have ever seen. I will be calling iCare for all my appliance repairs going forward!

    Appliance repair

    The light bulbs in our freezer and fridge were broken and Icare came in next day to fix it. Eventually needed 3-4 light bulbs costing $130 each and the technician recommended to do the freezer first which could fix the fridge lights as well And luckily it resolved the problem and I had to pay for one bulb + service cost Thank you again for your quick service.
