    Serviced burnt out lights on built in fridge/freezer.

    Lights were not lighting up in the upper fridge and freezer. iCare Appliance Repair service personnel came and fixed the burnt out led light in the freezer, but also changed the other one and two upper ones in the fridge, as one of the lights had already been changed 4 months prior. Very please with the work and service guy that came to our home.

    LG appliance repair

    The technician was great and helpful. Gave me a few tips to keep my dryer vent clean from lint as it was quite clogged.

    Fridge Compressor Replacement

    Fridge stopped cooling. Technician came, inspected the fridge then advised to replace the compressor. Compressor was still under manufacturer warranty, but had to pay for labor. Once compressor replaced, fridge start running like a brand new. Overall good communication, very knowledgeable and quick response.

    Washing machine

    I call lg for washing machine and they linked me to iCare after diagnosis it was the bearing which was a big job they sent 2 technicians for this job . Must say never seen such great people and very nolagable and must important clean after replacing parts machine sounds and runs great . Will definitely use I care for all my appliances in future once again these guys were great thanks lg for hooking me up with them much appreciated.all this was warranty coved

    Customer focused

    Great communication before and after the repair. Very focused on customer satisfaction. The reps were very respectful about wearing masks, which was greatly appreciated.

    Great experience

    We had an issue with an error code resulting from overflowing water with our dishwasher. The technical who resolved the issue was excellent. He diagnosed the issues quickly, thoroughly explained it and was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use iCare again for our appliance repair needs!
