    LG Dryer Fire Inspection and Power Cord Replacement

    This new machine seems to have been shipped with a defective power cord. Three weeks into its service life we had a related fire. ICare sent a service rep to inspect and subsequently replace the power cord. Ali was prompt and organized. He executed the repair in a good manner, was polite and details oriented. I would recommend him.

    Repair Maytag Fridge/freezer

    Our freezer starting spilling water onto the kitchen floor on the defrost cycle. The freezer bottom had ice build up. Parts were ordered and installed in a few days. Fast effecient service with followup to make sure everything was working as it should. It saved us having to purchase a new appliance that was huge savings to us at the time.

    Fridge repair

    I am satisfied with their service.Replaced the compressor of my fridge. It was an LG refrigerator.

    Stove Service Repair

    Stove was defective from date of purchase and was informed that the stove will make some noise on start up. After some time I placed a service call and was sent a Service Tech from iCare. Service Tech instantly stated that the fan shouldn't be making that much noise on start up and proceeded to carry out repairs to the fan unit. After repair and before leaving he informed me that the fan may still make some noise when it cools down and to just call the office if the noise returns and they will order the parts required. Unfortunately the noise did return and I called the office, desk staff were very responsive and within a few days they scheduled a return visit and the repair was carried out completely. A few days later I received a follow up call to ensure all was good. Great customer service and overall service experience.

    Dryer repair

    Clothes were catching in the dryer and tearing. Technicians diagnosed the problem immediately. They were polite, efficient and courteous, I would highly recommend the company. Excellent service.

    Repair Whirlpool Cooktop

    The glass had cracked. ICare technician inspected the unit, gave us a quote and repaired the unit in a few weeks. Good communicationthroughout the process and a job well done by the technicisn Alexi.

    Dryer Service

    Very friendly team. Called to schedule a service since they are trusted partners for LG. Technicians arrived on time, took a part my dryer, cleaned it and replaced worn-out drum rollers. They were very clean and polite. Thank you !!
