    Microwave

    Service person was very friendly and knowledgeable he explained the problem and when I asked about the best way to clean the filters he told me how he cleans his.

    Excellent , knowledgeable service

    Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained things clearly and had good tips on how to maintain our appliance in great working order

    Fridge Repair

    I have used many companies to fix appliances however iCare has been the most competent when doing so. The technician knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it within minutes. He also gave pointers on how to maintain the refrigerator and keep it working for the upcoming years.

    LG Dishwaher

    DW control panel was behaving abruptly and it was starting and getting switched off automatically at any time in between when dishwasher cycle is going on. The technician who came in the fist sight itself caught the issue and changed the control panel. Thanks for you help and support.

    service LG washer

    started with phone reception very attentive and responsive. Service man on site arrived on time as promised ; very professional and even have to come twice before problem was fixed but I'm very happy.. Thank you

    Amazing

    They were able to diagnose my washing machine problem quickly and without removing the dryer stacked on top (unlike the other technician who came). They even replaced the control board without removing the dryer on top! Very nice. I also appreciated that they brought two people over in case they had to remove the dryer (unlike the other technician who did that with just himself). They also wore shoe coverings and respected my space. I called their phone number several times for inquiries and rescheduling. Each time, someone answered quickly and politely with no problem. Once I called around noon and no one answered but they actually called me back shortly to follow up, which really impressed me. I feel like iCare really cares. It is a terrible inconvenience when an appliance fails and resolving the problem is usually another inconvenience compounded on top. iCare made it as convenient as possible.

    Microwave repair

    Company was very pleasant to deal with and technician, Ali was knowledgeable and efficient. There was a delay due to parts availability but company was up to date on status and set up repair as soon as parts arrived.
