    LG dryer issue

    Very good service from booking appointment to tech visit, though no repair needed, iCare was professional and seemed trustworthy. Would not hesitate to call again.

    Stove Repair

    Excellent and friendly service. He followed Covid 19 protocols. The stove works now! Highly recommend this company.

    Appliance repair

    Front loader washer repair. Was told spider arm needs replacement. Quoted $900 for complete tear down and part replacement. Similar new appliance at the same price point. Was charged $120+ for diagnostic plus tax. Not worth pursuing repair. Might as well finance new appliance.

    Stove Repair

    Initially the call was for a burner replacement in a smooth top stove. The burner it turned out was fine, but the relay board needed replacing. The cost of the board was less than the burner. It took two trips to get the job done as parts had to be ordered. The serviceman was efficient, wore a mask and had been fully vaccinated. I would use the company again to repair a household appliance.

    Replace fan in oven

    The service man was very thorough and very concerned about not damaging the floor which I really appreciated. He replaced the fan in less than ideal circumstances. I’m very happy with the service I received.

    Wonderful Service

    I moved into a new home and wasn’t sure how to use a gas stove/oven and I heard flickering noises. Stan came and made sure everything was working fine and gave me a quick Lesson on how to use it and what to look for. He was great and I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Amazing service

    Amazing service. My fridge was down and no longer cooling. Called iCare repair had a technician at my door step within 2 hours. Unfortunately my compressor broke. Technician had a new compressor on hand and was able to fix my fridge same day. Easy booking! Great prices! And professional technician! A++ would recommend to friends and family!
