    Timely and professional

    Our clothes washer mysteriously stopped working one day. With 24 hours these folks were onsite and the problem was resolved (an item had somehow gotten into the drain). Thank you again for your prompt, polite, and professional help on this.

    Dryer repair

    Technicician resolved issue quickly. Added addtional advice on using my washer and dryer that he has learned on dealing with these appliances. The technician was on time and courteous. I would highly recommend this service.This service was covered under warranty.

    Wine fridge repair

    The wine fridge stopped working, iCare diagnosed the problem over the phone and ordered the replacement part (under warranty). As soon as it arrived, Stan came to install it. He was 2 hours late due to complications on earlier jobs, but called me several times to update me as to his ETA. After replacing the part, he found another problem that also needed a part. By this time it was 6 pm on a Saturday and he had 3 more calls to make that night. “Why not postpone the calls?” I asked. “I can’t - I promised I’d see them today,” he replied, “and I wouldn’t feel right if I cancelled on them now.”. Great attitude, knows what he’s doing, explains it clearly, tells you how long it will take and why, cleans up afterwards - This is great service. And he also stayed calm, professional and positive throughout his horrible day. I would call iCare again, without hesitation. (PS When the new part arrived about a week later, Stan fixed the fridge in 10 minutes.)

    Washer seal replacement

    We moved into a new house and urgently needed to replace an old and very moldy washing machine seal/gasket. I called iCare Appliance and they sent a technician to replace within the next 30 minutes. The technician was very professional and efficient. He completed the work fast and verified that no leaks were present. I would highly recommend iCare Appliance for any appliance related repairs.

    LG top load washing machine

    Adrian was very promp. He showed up on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and got the part in 2 days. Icare called to verify we were home and came and installed the drain motor as soon as he received the part. He ordered the part on Tuesday and was there on Friday to install it. Amazing and highly recommend Icare, they really do!

    Stove appliance repair

    Yan, was super professional and precise on troubleshooting our appliance, very precise on turnaround time for parts, great follow up from their head office. All the work was professionally completed on schedule and no issues, would definitely recommend to friends.

    Stove repair

    Technician was curteous, neat, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue quicly and ordered the part. When the part arrived he istalled it in under 30 minutes

    Danby freezer ice buildup

    We have Danby freezer still in warranty which started to have ice covering the air passages and as a result the freezer did not cool properly. The technician came on time, as scheduled, he was polite and he realized very fast what the problem was and fixed it in no time.
