    New window punch out permit

    Kelvin and his team did a phenomenal job in assisting us with acquiring the building permit for a new window in one of our bedrooms. We had heard from another company that there was no way we would get approval, but Kelvin was able to review our situation and determine what would need to be done to be successful in our application. His team worked quickly and with integrity, identifying to us any potential issues we may face along the way. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again!

    Deck Permit

    Kelvin was so professional and amazing to coordinate our deck permit! He always answered emails promptly, prices were very reasonable, and he delivered and submitted the architectural drawings necessarily in a timely manner. The permit was approved within weeks! I would highly refer Permit Works to everyone!

    Retaining wall permit

    Excellent cuatomer service. Kelvin and team helped me get my permit approved without any issues. Will hire them again in the future for sure.

    Permit application for deck

    I was referred to Permit Works by a contractor who advised that he could not consider my project until I had a permit. I was quoted a price by Permit Works and the period from when I signed the service agreement to when we received the permit was about two months. The process for preparing the drawings and submitting the application, then adjusting the application according to the City's feedback, was totally seamless. Kelvin was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend.

    Premit

    We are happy with Permit Works service. They have helped us to obtain a building permit for our basement apartment. Even though we got hit with an order to comply with the city, but Kelvin from Permit Works was able to get our basement to legalize with minimal changes. We highly recommend Permit Works for your project that need a building permit drawings.
