    Permit for backyard Gazebo

    Permitworks did an amazing job designing our backyard gazebo and obtaining the permit from the city. They were very thorough and responded very quickly to our emails (especially Louise). Thank you again, highly recommend this company!!!

    Exterior Side Entrance

    I called them on a Thursday just before the holidays and I had an appointment for site measurement that next Monday. They arrived on time, they were very professional and friendly. They provided detailed answers to all my questions. They are very responsive via text and phone throughout the entire process. They were very friendly and professional. I was extremely satisfied with their service. Also, they are very reasonably priced compared to others.

    Contracted services from PW Kelvin and his team came out to site, measure design and submit for Building Permits - Incredible experience , special thanks to Louise - she answered many of my calls and emails and was ready to answer any questions from the City on regards of my application. Experienced people- most definitely recommended.

    Terrific Job on Legal Basement Apartment

    Kelvin and his team at Permit Works were amazing to work with. I had numerous follow-ups, questions, design changes and each time they dealt with me courteously and professionally. My jurisdiction the Town of Whitby had also dealt with them several times and spoke very highly of them. I will definitely be using them again for future projects and have already recommended them to a bunch of my neighbours. Thanks for everything Permit Works team!

    Basement Project

    Hired PW to make drawings and submit an application to add a bathroom as part of overall basement renovations. PW came out, scanned our property, did make the drawings based on our plan and the city's requirements, which were submitted after we reviewed and approved the plans. The city did have a few questions upon reviewing the submission, of which were answered and a permit was issued promptly upon receiving those answers.

I'm sorry that the city took a month to review our drawings and by the time we got comments, it was very close to the holidays. Our staff Girgis did reach out to you for the information requested by the city, unfortunately, by the time we realise our question was not received our office was already closed for the holiday until Jan 4th. As the owner of the company and on behalf of our team, I can rest assured that we will not abandon you on your project and your building permit should be able to be issued in the next week or so once we got the information we have requested from you. However, thank you again for letting us know about this, your feedback helps us do better and cover the potential flaw that we have in our system.     Custom Home

    I had a custom home designed and built by Permit Works. I couldn’t be happier with the service. From consultation to drawings and obtaining the permit, I didn’t have to stress as much as I thought I would. The team was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. I would recommend Permit Works for any job, simple to complex. Thanks all !

    Backyard Poolhouse extension

    From start to finish Permit works helped create a plan and had it approved by the city in a timely manner. They kept us updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend their services.

    Load-bearing beam removal design and permit application

    Kelvin provided all the information we need regarding the design and permit application process before we signed the contract. When Kelvin and his team were on site, we discussed all possible design options and selected the most cost-effective one. After the initial submission to city, the city returned with further requirements, Kelvin and his team followed up and provided all required information util the permit application was accepted. The project is completed now and the permit was closed smoothly. I would definitely recommend Permit Works to my friends.
