    Floor layout design

    With the permitworks team I got the permit for the floor plan changes in 4 unit building. Professional team, responsible, easy to communicate and reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend the company and will work with their team in the future. Thanks a lot to Louise and Edgar for the good job.

    Permit for New Window

    Kelvin helped us with the work permit for a new window on our house, from design, drawings to the issuance of the permit. We are very satisfied with the service. He is efficient, flexible and at a reasonable price.

    Basement Apartment Permit

    Amazing work, professional and knowledgeable architects - able to adapt to changes as per request. Timely and prompt. Will definitely use them again. They work directly with the city to do the full application process - which is great.

    Deck and Sliding Door Plans

    Permit Works proved to be excellent to work with. Communication was always clear, and they were diligent and timely when changes to the plans needed to be made based on feedback from the city. I would highly recommend their services, and I would definitely work with them again.

    Permit for deck made easy

    I needed a permit for a deck that was going to be at height and potentially too close to a back fence. Considering how fast I got the permit from the city I can say The permit works guys quality and knowledge of what was needed made it go smooth. I appreciated too that they were very responsive and thorough plus flexible service.

    Free standing Balcony Permit

    I had a personal balcony project I wanted to work on. But because its free standing second story.. I needed a city permit to proceed. They came on site and reviewed the property space. They took the design I came up with and completed the permit application for the city on my behalf. When the city had further questions they responded very quickly in order to keep the process moving. Overall very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.. willing to answer all the first timer questions I had. Thanks to all who helped me on this from Permit Works! I'm very satisfied thanks all who helped on my project.

    Building Permit for building a Deck

    I had a great experience with Permit Works. The cost of hiring them to get the bldg permit is really worth it. The service was fast and they are easy to deal with. I was looking to get the permit for at least 2 months but I got it in less than a month. Thank you Edgar and Kelvin!

    Efficient talented team

    I used permit works for drawings and hermit submission for a large garden building. Even before I commissioned them I found them incredibly helpful in answering questions and highly Focused on customer service. The project was completed within about six or seven weeks of starting the job. They drew excellent architectural drawings that I had to make very few changes to. They listened to what I wanted and insured a very smooth application process that was successful. I would recommend them highly.
