    Boiler repair

    Repairman John, Thanks. I thought that nothing would save my boiler. One month ago the specialist from another company arrived, repaired the appliance, but it broke down again after two weeks. Even though I didn’t buy the HVAC device, I decided to call their repair service, as I saw its advertisement on the bigboard. The specialist arrived in half an hour and repaired the appliance. It still works well

    Boiler and water heater replace

    Faheem and his team did great work. There were some issues but they came and fixed everything to my satisfaction. I had my boiler and water heater replaced. So far everything seems to be working in good order. I will post back if that changes, the job was done only recently.

    Furnace installation

    What is special about service? Nothing. Just a usual web appliance store. The furnace arrived about three or four hours after my order. The only thing I liked is a free installation service, something for nothing, as it is said.The HVAC Service deserves the highest rating possible.

    Boiler installation

    Very good deal! I needed a new boiler and the team was more than happy to throw in a free installation. Saved me quite a bit of cash especially after finding out what some HVAC companies want to charge.I recommend this company!

    Furnace installation

    I didn’t want to pay for installation. I watched a few guides on youtube and understood the installation method of a furnace. But while I was installing my appliance, I faced some problems. I had a different type of furnace from the one in the video and that is why I installed it incorrectly. Can you imagine how foolish I felt when I saw that the installation was free? Thanks to HVAC specialists, who arrived after my call and installed my appliance, we laughed well that evening :)

    Boiler repair

    I will definitely be a returning customer. I really liked the ability to just fill out the form and how quick they were to book me in with a time that was best for me. The boiler repair service was quick and the price was more than reasonable. Thx The HVAC Service!

    Water heater repair

    Very fast and easy HVAC repair service. My water heater is back to normal again. I’ve dealt with a few different repair companies in the past, not always the best experience. These guys were available, on time and the repairs were done to a high quality.

    HVAC repair

    Well, the repairman arrived in half an hour. It’s pretty fast, considering that I live in Doon South. The work was done quickly and I have no complaints about it. The furnace still works excellent. The only minus is that the repairman didn’t bother to take off his dirty shoes and littered the apartment a bit. I liked the quality of repair but please HVAC, teach some of your specialists a good manner.

    Furnace repair

    What can I say...very satisfied! My furnace was not working and I was worried it would be very expensive to get repaired. Luckily, it was a lot less than I expected and it only took a couple of hours and the repairmen finished the work.

    HVAC replacement install - R Skypak for Skymark Skypak

    Do not use this company - service charge is a cash grab. My HVAC situation at my Burlington unit was a complicated situation - combo heat/ac unit that was currently obsolete heat exchanger issue and needed a unit or part replacement. When I posted on Homestars looking for quotes HVAC Service was one company that immediately called me and sent a tech the next day - however they did not tell me there would be a service charge - but I was ok with that if they provided me with a quote so at least I could compare to the one quote I received (btw the quote I received all I needed to do was send a picture of the unit, serial number and space, they didn't need to go in to "see" the original unit prior to giving me a quote) HVAC service tech confirmed unit needed to be replaced or heat exchanger said he took pictures and that I should have a quote shortly. I followed up online on homestars, because no one followed up after tech visit, and HVAC said they needed to send someone in because no supplier could give part and needed to measure for new unit- I said I was expecting a quote and why does another tech need to be sent? especially when the first one took pictures. They said that tech wasn't an installer specialist. By this point I received a specific unit and model number/ser number I wanted quotes on. A few days later (note that the tenant is without heat so response time was quite slow with this company) saying they needed to send someone in and I responded with the specific unit with serial number I wanted a quote on - they said they would get back to me they never did. I got new HVAC installed with the other provider and so I asked for my money back from HVAC service since they didn't actually do anything - but they said they would not give it back since I didn't let them in the unit to measure for a new unit. They said I refused to let them in, which was not true, I explained I wanted a quote on a specific unit first and they never got back to me. They explained they couldn't get a quote on the unit - but only when I asked for my money back, they never relayed that to me, otherwise I would have let them in as I was looking for several quotes. Did not like my experience with them at all.
