Fitting of our reverse osmosis water filtration system was leaking. James came out right away, exactly when the customer support of The HVAC Service said he would. James found out that the fitting was cracked. He replaced fitting and was very responsive to questions and concerns. Nice people, great service.

I called The HVAC Service when our water heater started making a strange whining noise. Our technician, Benjamin, was extremely pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. He checked the unit and said that it was caused by the build-up of scales on electrical heating elements. He flushed the water heater, cleaned the scales, and installed low-watt-density heating elements with a larger surface area. We would highly recommend this company.

I called The HVAC Service for the heating system tune-up. This company was fast to answer and set up the appointment. Communication throughout was solid and they charged a fair price. The appointment went very informative. We are very pleased with all the work they did.

The water coming out of our tap had a rust-brown shade, it was quite unnerving. William checked our water heater and found out that rust-colored water was caused by a failing sacrificial anode rod. He replaced it with a magnesium anode rod. I highly recommend The HVAC Service.

Our furnace started making a noise and stopped working. Super quick service. For a non-urgent call, the repairman was still out within 4 hours of our call. They quoted a super-reasonable price for the initial call out. The man who came was friendly and polite; did a review of the furnace, quoted another super-reasonable price for fixing and was in-and-out in about half an hour with the furnace fixed with no fuss or muss. Will definitely be keeping this number on hand to call again if we have furnace issues this winter!

Water temperature was fluctuating from too hot to lukewarm. I thought that the thermostat was to blame. I adjusted it, but that didn’t solve the problem. I was afraid that we might need a new thermostat. I called The HVAC Service and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. Edward checked the system and said that our water heater was affected by the sediment build-up in the tank. He drained the water heater, cleaned it out, and refilled it. Thank you!
