We had an emergency yesterday, our water heater wasn’t working. I called The HVAC Service and Elliott was at our home in about an hour. He gave honest feedback and found a less expensive solution. Elliott did great work and kept everything clean. Thank you very much!

My reverse osmosis system didn’t work properly, there was a slow flow through the faucet. The HVAC Service responded to my inquiry immediately and James came the next day. He found out that the pre-filter was clogged. James replaced the pre-filter and answered all my questions with ease. Thank you for a nice, straightforward experience.

My water heater was leaking. It was difficult to determine the source of a leak, water was collecting below the tank. I was worried that the tank may be cracked and had to be replaced. The HVAC Service set up my appointment quickly and had a technician out in two hours. Daniel was very clear about every step he needed to take. The water heater was leaking at the drain valve because the washer inside the valve was worn and needed replacing. He replaced the washer and fully tested everything before leaving. My electric water heater was making a strange noise. I contacted The HVAC Service after a recommendation. Their technician Henry was extremely professional. He determined that the sediment build-up at the bottom of the tank has buried the lower heating element. Henry drained the tank, removed the heating element, and cleaned sediment and limescale build-up from the element. Thanks a lot for your work
